I shot with Jan again this weekend.

Day 1 we shot in the forest and at his studio

Day 2 we did a sunrise shoot and then went back to the studio

Jan also helped me organise shoots with other photographers. He collected me from the airport and allowed me to stay at the studio which was super helpful

Jan’s studio is lovely. Big and spacious and well equipped with a separate dressing room for models to change. A seating/dining area. And a shower. It’s well heated and very comfortable and modern

Jan is probably one of the nicest and coolest humans I’ve come across. We get on splendidly I feel super comfortable and would go as far as saying I feel at home in Jan’s presence. I feel safe and respected. He’s always very helpful and knowledgable with any questions or advice about photography or denmark or anything for that matter. He has a fantastic attitude towards life. People and photography and is clearly why he is so successful at what he does

He’s a lovely person and an amazing award winning photographer today we parted ways and he went straight into the opening of his photography exhibition

I would definitely recommend Jan to any travelling models or photographers. He knows his stuff and has a range of connections in the industry if your a photographer looking for models or studio days or workshops

So happy that I finally got the opportunity to shoot with Jan!

We were following each other for over 4 year and it finally happened today!

I loved the diversity of the sets we did, his lighting and background choices were also really nice and refreshing.

Pre-shoot communication was excellent, in person Jan is a very kind and professional photographer, very attentive to the model suggestions.

I would highly recommend to shoot with him when in Copenhagen :)

And can't wait to shoot again together!

I highly recommend photographer Jan Hammerstad, who recently organized an excellent workshop. He is a professional and kind gentleman who owns a fully equipped studio. What can I say. Yet another wonderful shoot with Jan followed by an evening oil and water workshop at his studio

Jan’s got to be one of the easiest people to get on with on the planet. His smile lights up the room

On top of that he’s a master of his skill. An award winning photographer. And he is a very good photographer trainer too

Everyone I’ve ever worked with through his workshops have been nothing but polite and courteous and professional

I love working with Jan and I love working at jans Studio

I will certainly be back to Denmark again soon and I definitely recommend him to other Models travelling to Denmark. He’s a great and safe Contact to have.

I was very happy to finally meet and work with Jan.

He organized several individual photo sessions and a workshop for me.

Also, I was lucky enough to receive some amazing photos from the master himself.

It was an excellent creative tandem that every model and photographer dreams of.

Jan was friendly, polite and very professional.

We had a great photo day, very comfortable, easy and calm.

Jan takes great care of his models and teaches this to other photographers with whom he shares his experience.

I have shoot twice with Jan now - and I'm already excited about our next shoot in the near future!

Jan is extremely friendly and talkative and makes sure you have everything you need for the shoot. (Food and candy included!) He's open to any creative input you may have, and he doesn't mind trying new things!

The pre-communication is GREAT - Jan really does an amazing job making sure all people included in the shoot feels equally heard in messages and in terms of what images to use.

If you ever get the chance - shoot with Jan! You won't regret it. :-)
