So lovely to shoot with Mark at his studio for the first time! His precomms were great, with moodboards prepared beforehand so I had a decent idea on what he wanted to shoot. He was really professional from start to finish, and really easy to work with. His studio is a really lovely space to shoot in, and Mark knew how to light it excellently. The shots I saw while shooting were lush! Looking forward to seeing final edits :)

Mark and Ann-Marie are absolutely lovely to work with. I shot with them at MAAN Studio today and I had a very successful session. The studio is well equipped and they are extremely accommodating, making sure I have a comfortable experience. Mark is definitely professional in his field. He was very engaging and involved throughout the process, experimenting with different lighting setups and being mindful of small details. Ann-Marie's feedback on editing helped immensely as well, allowing us to make sure we achieved what we want. Mark even contributed ideas of his own, making the shoot more flavourful. Based on what I've seen on the monitor during the shoot, I'm very confident the images will be brilliant. No problems with communication at all. I highly recommend the both of them and would love to work with them again. Thank you so much for bringing my vision to life.

I was fortunate enough to shoot with Mark yesterday at MAAN studios! Mark reached out to book a shoot, and explained he wanted to do the Old Style Hollywood Beauty. He shared moodboards with me, which was helpful as it enabled me to easily replicate the makeup looks. I also had the appropriate attire which fitted perfectly for the theme, so I was already very excited during the pre-comms stage! When I arrived for the shoot I was greeted with such a lovely energy, and felt at home from the start! The studio is beautiful, clean and filled with professional gear. I was so impressed with how professional Mark and Ann-Marie were. When I needed help with wardrobe they were so accommodating, and throughout the shoot the images were going straight onto the big screen so I could see them straight away! This was a massive help went it came to readjusting positions, poses and anything to do with makeup & outfit. I had so much fun and will always look recommend MAAN Studios! Mark is a technician, an artist and a lovely guy. He is always perfectly prepared with the set-up he has decided to use, and a clear concept of what he would like to capture and achieve, but he is also open to ideas. He and Ann-Marie are also lovely, lovely people, which means that it is easy to work and the results are nothing short of stunning. I'm looking forward to visiting again !!

I had my first shoot with Hambers today. We shot together at Maan studios, which he co owns. Hambers was easy to work with, had lots of creative ideas and the shoot was lots of fun. Hambers was respectful of my levels and allowed me to check photos live as we went along so we could make any adjustments. It was a very productive and varied session with Hambers adapting effortlessly to the different themes we were capturing. I’d happily work with Hambers again and am happy to recommend.

Today we worked on some awesome art nude images and the effects we produced were just incredible just when you thought an effect was not possible Mark would show you the finished article.

What a true genius Mark is.

This is my second shoot with Mark at MAAN Studios and after the first one which was a studio day of film Noir I knew that this would be another killer shoot.

Mark is the owner of MAAN Studios along with his lovely Partner Ann-Marie a brilliant combination of professionalism and down right lovely people.

This shoot was about Dynamic Lighting and it sure delivered.

Mark created some incredible effects and has taken my portfolio to the next level thank you so much for an awesome shoot looking forward to being involved in your studio days in 2019 .

What an incredible shoot with Mark at his wonderful studio, we booked a last min shoot and I am so pleased we did, a bright very modern open space studio, a photographers dream,fully equipped with lighting etc

I have trained in ballet 11 years and it is spacious to enough to do specific ballet jumps if required

the host are so lovely, some of the nicest people I have met over the years

I shot with the lovely Mark again, our first shoot was about two years ago so it was fab to catch up again! His pre communications were excellent and he sent me a mood board which really helped me know what clothes and styles we were doing. Mark owns the fantastic MAAN studio with his Partner Anne (who is equally as lovely) and I was so impressed with the facilities. Our shoot flew by and we had loads of laughter and we took some amazing shots! Mark has a great way of shooting by allowing me to free flow pose but also make little suggestions every now to help with making the shots even more awesome! I loved the lighting he had and we covered some beauty, fashion, editorial glam style images with some epic dance movement shots at the end. Mark fed and watered me throughout and was kind enough to pick me up from the station and drop me off afterwards. I really enjoyed our shoot and I look forward to seeing him much more over the next year as his studio picks up momentum! Can't wait to see the shots :D Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark at his beautiful studio in London recently. Pre-comms were excellent so I knew exactly what to expect, and Mark was friendly and welcoming from the moment he picked me up from the station. He studio is absolutely beautiful - a natural light heaven! - and we flew through various sets in the time. Mark had also invited a couple of friends to join us who were professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't fault the experience at all and look forward to shooting with Mark again. Hambers is so lovely! Right, well he first booked me at my home location in South London back in Feb this year and we had a great shoot full of productivity, great images, chatting and laughters. Hambers is a lovely character and is so easy to get on with.. great sense of humour, energetic, vibrant and a wholly decent person!

He is super talented at knowing the right angles and lighting for stunning results in the back of the camera.. the time went super quickly.

Hambers recently booked me again for an 8-photographer workshop in London he was hosting - again, it was such a pleasant experience. The group were ace, respectful, cool, vibrant, passionate about bettering their skill. Mark was super complimentary, telling the group I also did photography and retouching, and allowed me to contribute to lighting & idea suggestions, which was amazing!

He ran about making sure everyone was happy and had equal fair shooting time - everything was meticulously organised and he made sure everyone was topped up with refreshments, etc. - it was actually one of the nicest camera club workshops at which I've worked. Thank you for everything - it would be an absolute honour to work with him again x
