Pre shoot communication was perfect! Gus was very clear about what he wanted and had even done research of the park before our shoot. He is a very kind man who has an abundance of talent. I'm so looking forward to seeing the pictures and I hope to work with him again soon. Highly recommended!

First shoot with Gus (and oh my, this is his first reference)! I have a lot to say about this one :)

Pre-shoot comms with Gus were spot on. I wouldn't normally shoot with someone who doesn't have any references in here, but I could tell Gus was such a nice person with a wholeheartedly professional attitude. Gus has been doing photography for many years now, but wanted to try something a bit different from his usual work :) We hired out my local dance studio to capture some dance images.

Gus turned up on time and was very friendly, lively and professional. I think this is the only time when a photographer has brought more equipment to a shoot than me ;)! Gus was eager to use and try out his equipment...so he brought the lot! This was great because it meant we could experiment with a variety of set ups :)

Gus had lots of ideas of the kinds of images he wanted to get, but also gave me the freedom to pose and take charge of dance movement :) He was very happy to take as many images as we needed to get the timing right on more dynamic dance movement. I feel very spoilt now, as Gus also came with his laptop- so I had direct live feedback on the images throughout the shoot, which was just a dream! We spent the last part of our shoot going over all the photos we had taken, especially to see what photos I particularly liked from our shoot. Gus also wanted my opinion on the best shots from a technical dance perspective, which is also very much appreciated :) Overall, I had such a great time shooting with Gus- I cannot believe how quickly our time went!

I really hope to shoot with Gus again soon :)
