Artwork, celebrating the breath of existence.
Hi. How nice of you to drop by!
Let me introduce myself shortly. I am a former dancer and choreographer, nowadays working as an artist. My passion is to express the beauty and splendour of the human body. I used to do it as a dancer in movement, nowadays my media are pencil, pastels and paint. I like to be challenged, to take some risks and to explore boundaries and overcome them.

So I usd to be a professional dancer, dance teacher and choreographer mainly working in Holland. Worked for several dance companies (Dansproduktie, Rambert Dance Company) and theatre companies (Toneelgroep Amsterdam). Was a teacher at Codarts Rotterdam, ArtEZ Arnhem, both Universities for the Arts.
Nowadays I work part-time as a consultant in Arts Education at Codarts Rotterdam University for the Arts. During my career I served as a member of several different national Art Councils. I have a Bachelor degree in Social and Cultural Sciences (University of Utrecht), a post graduate certificate in Arts Management (Amsterdam University of the Arts) and a Master in Arts Education (Codarts University of the Arts).
