I shot with Gordon this morning, which was an absolute pleasure. This photography is a real gentleman that knows exactly what he wants from a shoot. It flowed very smoothly and the studio was kept lovely and warm! I had a really refreshing couple of hours with this talented photographer and really look forward to seeing the images and hopefully shooting with him again

I'm new to modelling and Gordon helped me build my portfolio. I am so happy with the turn out. I felt comfortable and relaxed, and we discussed everything beforehand to be super confident on the shoot. He listened to my ideas and from that we created some great images, Gordon as well had some great ideas we put together to make the pictures. Defiantly hope to work with again.Gordon is very professional, friendly and helpful. I am glad I got a chance to work with him!

I have worked at Gordon's studio several times now. It is well equipped with Profoto heads, has a couple of excellent natural light areas and Gordon on hand to offer advice and that often needed (in my case) second opinion when another pair of eyes on the back of the camera can save a lot of wasted time.

Centrally located in Grantham it is easily accessible by car, with a carpark nearly opposite, and by train, I usually walk from the station but a taxi if you have a load of kit and an expensive model will be between £3 and £4.

Gordon is very friendly and experienced and always on hand. I let him know a couple of days before what setup I want to use to start a session and it is always ready when I turn up which saves loads of time.

A great local resource for photographers.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Gordon last summer at a group event hosted by The Creative Duo at The Pit studio in Nottingham. It was totally out of my comfort zone doing straight portraits with natural light but Gordon gave excellent direction and was encouraging and good humoured. He is an excellent portrait photographer, extremely professional and good natured. I wholeheartedly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

I had a fantastic shoot experience with Gordon as a home shoot.

A perfect gentleman and knows what he wants out of his shots and his model in poses and provided a wide variety of styles, props and clothing to which bought out the best in the overall shots look well put together and was very exciting to use in the shoot.

I'm thrilled to see that the shots have already done so well on here.

I honestly recommend Gordon to anyone who is wishing to work with him

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to work at Gordon’s studio for fourth time.Gordon’s studio offers the photographer a range of opportunities, from the classic well equipped studio set up, to a second room that has an excellent window and has a bed to support boudoir style pictures, also secondary windows and corridors offer photographic opportunities.Gordon offers great hospitality with coffee on demand, but the studios greatest USP is the support Gordon supplies. He tailors his support to your needs, for the amateur like me he supplies great lighting support and coaching. Using is vast array of lighting equipment and natural light where appropriate he helps you set highly professional imagesThis studio offers for me a great balance between opportunity and technical support and comes very highly recommended

Yesterday I had the lovely pleasure of working at Gordon's studio. Gordon himself is a lovely gentleman making sure I was warm and knew where everything was, and boy can he make perfect cup of tea! Gordon was very respectful making sure I had privacy for changing and that I was topped up with tea and biscuits. His studio is a beautiful old building with fab architecture of beams, large windows, a fireplace, and in set arches. His studio also has a large amount of beauty dishes, soft boxes, strip boxes, and other lights for the more experienced. My dressing table was perfect with good clean lighting to work with and a large table for my not so small make up kit!I had a lovely time shooting at Gordon's and would jump at the chance to work with him personally, I can and will recommend GMPix to an model or photographer.

Recently I had my 3rd photo shoot at Gordon’s Studio at Grantham.Gordon has a great studio offering both the traditional studio environment, plus an additional room where you can make use of natural light to obtain some really pleasing images.Gordon has great working style, supporting with technical and lighting input as required, but allowing you to be creative and take great pictures.His well run studio is also supported by a range of highly talented models.Gordon has developed a great studio to support all levels of photographer from armature to professional and this venue and Gordon come highly recommended to all photographers.

I work with Gordon quite a lot, he's such a kind hearted and talented photographer! I also do studio days at his studio and he looks after his models very well.. He makes lots of tea, makes sure you are warm and cosy and makes you feel just right at home!

No rushing when working with him, he does a lot of work for his shoots by buying outfits, making Props, building sets and studying his lights so when you turn up you'll get the shots to perfection!

He never fails to produce images that'll wow anyone!

I have had the pleasure of working with gordon on several occasions both at his studio and at other local studios. Gordon is a great photographer and tutor he is very knowlageable and willing to share this with u and is great with both natural light and studio lighting. i have also had a few sessions on photoshop i found them to be quite straight forward and easy to follow gordon breaks things down very well so u can understand them. Gordon is a really nice down to earth person very easy to talk to and work with. I would highly recommened him and his studio. Im looking forward to working with him again very soon.

I used Gordon's studio to shoot Jo Louise today. Gordon is very friendly and knowledgeable, he was more than happy to help me with advice when asked and he setup the studio lighting for me which made my time there much more productive.

The studio itself is located in central Grantham and is easy to get to by road or train. It is a bit like a Tardis because you only see the front door on the main street. Gordon has a wide variety of high quality professional equipment, studio flash, reflectors etc which you can use when you rent his studio.

I will certainly be booking his studio again in the future.

I could not recommend Gordon enough! Not only is he a amazing photographer, even from his work, he was an absolute gentleman and made me feel so comfortable and welcome! The whole shoot I could not stop smiling and laughing! It was such a pleasure to work with such a friendly and talented man!The images I received back from the shoot looks so effortlessly flawless and easily some of my favourite images ever! I really hope I get the opportunity to work with Gordon again xx

I had a photoshoot with JoLouise yesterday at Gordon's studio and I have to say that I was really impressed with the layout.

I have very limited studio experience (once in JoLouise's home studio and now at Gordon's studio too), so the whole studio experience is still very new to me.

Gordon was on hand all the time I was there - but did not intrude on the shoot, he just made sure that everything was ok and offered tips and advice - which was very welcome indeed.

There was also plenty of tea on the go to keep us refreshed.

I would definitely recommend shooting at Gordon's studio - it was a great pleasure, thank you very much for everything.

I couldnt recommend Gordon highly enough he really is amazing at what he does,makes it look so effortless. He was really easy to work with giving great direction to create the perfect shot honestly if you are looking for someone to give you breath taking shots look no further... And if you are looking for a studio space for a shoot or studio day then you have to check out Gordon's, really comfortable and warm. Great selection of clothes/accessories for shoots too. Aswell as endless supply of tea, which is great for a Yorkshire lass Shot

I had the pleasure of working at Gordon’s studio in Grantham on Tuesday 18th March with JoLouise.The studio space and equipment is excellent. Along with two working areas that have excellent natural light facilities. Gordan was always available for help with lighting set ups and assisting with some ideas to improve the look I was after. Very happy to share his knowledge with you. Plenty of Tea, Coffee and biscuits also during the time I was there with JoLouise.Well recommended.

An extremely talented person who is more than happy to offer his time and share his skills to help you achieve the best during your time in his studio. Gordon is an amazing photographer. He is very professional and gentle which in my opinion shows in his image results.

Also his studio is very good, not least for it's natural light capabilities and is always happy to share his knowledge with other photographers, including myself

I would recommend G to anyone attending his studio days as he gives a lot of advice to make your pictures better along with the fact he gets some fantastic models to enhance your portfolio

got to work with gordon again about a week ago at my studio day at his studio in Grantham, his studio is amazing great lighting set ups and is rather excellent for the natural light!

Gordon is a great guy, he has followed my modelling for a while and is always out to help me get work and get feedback on my work.. he is a true friend and amazing photographer,

very happy with the shots we achieved his idea's were utter bonkers, but hey! THEY ROCKED!

highly recommended, super respect, work with Gordon!!!

i worked with Gordon at his studio in Grantham.. as soon as i turned up he offered me a cuppa! thats a great photographer Hehe! he was so easy going and i felt relaxed working with him, he works with a very good makeup artist that really added to our shoot, has lots of outfits and is amazing at what he does!

I had a shoot with Gordon on the 4th July 2012,we had exellent pre shoot communication and on the day shot several sets with varying styles.Gordon is a really lovely guy and I very much enjoyed working with him.He is a consumate professional and dedicated to producing beautiful images,but easy going and fun too,which all made for a super days shooting.I am very happy to recommend working with him.
