I’ve always appreciated the visual beauty of photographs and paintings, and I see a photograph of a model as a work of art. I studied French and Italian at university because I’ve always loved languages and music, hence I chose to study Italian. The majority of musical terms in music are written in Italian.

When I saw the Facebook advert for models of any shape or size and any age, I thought that this would be a very enjoyable experience. When at Thomas Street Studios in Manchester, I loved choosing my different outfits and discussing with the photographer which poses and props (hats, chairs) I could incorporate into the shoot. I would love to pursue this career further and I believe that I could show all older, more ample women that we’re all beautiful, no matter what our shape, size or age.

I also love playing a role and assuming a new persona. I regularly participate in zumba classes; I love their relationship with Latin-American moves. A few years ago, I completed beginners and intermediate salsa courses and loved learning the new steps. Last year I completed a Burlesque course and learnt several routines. I loved learning about the history of Burlesque and the different styles. Currently I am completing a Burlesque chair dance course, which I am thoroughly enjoying.

Since an early age I have acted in plays and musical theatre, as well as playing the piano and singing. I also play the flute, descant and treble recorder and the organ. Three years ago, I played the piano in the rock band in the school production of “We will rock you”.

To sum up, I believe that I have a lot to offer in the world of modelling and acting. I love being in front of the camera.
