I have attended a workshop held by Gemmiev yesterday. It is absolutely wonderful. We have gone though high key and low key shooting and light pattern. Each section will be demonstrated by different outfit of a model. She brought attention to many details of the model including the shadow and highlight part and taught us what to avoid. Excellent lesson!!!

Would I recommend Gemmie? Hell yes! As a photographer AND a model. We got the penthouse of a hotel in Bristol and spent the evening messing about shooting each other. Gemmie has a fabulous eye for a shot (whether she's taking it or whether she's in it). She's a right laugh to hang about with too. Loved our shoot. Loved the results.

I had a short shoot with Gemma in my 'home' studio and am really pleased we made the time to shoot. We focussed on natural portraits and making interesting images out of every-day stuff. Gemma is lovely, patient, knowlegable and interested in her subjects. She's incredibly easy to work with and produces beautiful images. Highly recommended and see you soon

Gemma popped down for a social event, and for a couple of hours before we met up in the streets of Gloucester, film cameras in hand and had a chilled-out shoot. Talking beforehand Gemma seemed very confident and at ease with her abilities, and she didn't disappoint on the day, superb technical knowledge and absolutely lovely to work with. I had a terrific time, and got some great, gritty street shots of myself, look forward to doing it again.

Worked at gemmie workshop for lighting yesterday, with model Maddison jet, and great photographer kelvin Bennett , wow loved these workshops, so informative and I'm just the hair and make up artist, the lighting is just perfect, and very informative, she's great to work with and brilliant with the models, taking her time to explain then letting the photographer find there own feet, highly recommended workshops!

Another fantastic collaboration with Gemmie again at a workshop she held on Saturday With Kelvin Bennet and Trude Bosence, It was upbeat, fun and and professional, the images will be treasured for a long time to come!

Gemmie is really professional in how she composes herself, she has a kind heart and a funny sense of humour, she's become a friend as well as a work partner and I feel blessed to have met such a unique individual, I hope we will work together until we are grey and wrinkley and sipping tea through a straw, thanks Gemmie for all that you do :) ♥

I had a shoot yesterday with Gemmiev as the subject of the shots rather than the director behind the camera. A little nervous to start, once she relaxed it turned into a fun day with plenty of banter, poses, outfits and lighting changes.

The makeup for the finale was applied by an MUA and the last session flew by. A great day, looking to work with Gemmiev again soon.

I modelled for one of Gemma's workshops for the first time today, and from the start to finish I had such fun! Honestly I can say she has been a great inspiration to work with and I have learnt so much working with her.

I would highly recommend Gemma and am extremely looking forward to working with her in the future.

I had a natural photoshoot with Gemmie last week, she is really fun and professional and she's a lovely lady to boot. I love working with her because It's always relaxed and comfortable and I have been happy with both sets of images she has produced. We are collaborating again this weekend with Liz Coles and I'm looking forward to it already :)

Today I attended a location shoot with Gemma. Not only did I enjoy every minute of working with Gemma, she is a lovely person and very easy to relax and shoot with. She gives excellent guidance and direction and was a joy to spend the day with.

Today I worked with Gemma at her workshop as both a model and a photography student. I found Gemma to be a warm and inviting host and also patient and thorough with her teaching techniques. She has an obvious passion for photography and true artistic talent that shines through her images. I would highly recommend Gemma to any model seeking some superb shots or any photographer in need of technical training. I hope I get the chance to work with Gemma again at some point!

I attended Gemma’s studio workshop today.

Gemma was very friendly and welcoming. I liked her style of teaching; she has very constructive ideas about how to improve a picture. I believe it was well worth attending and have taken my best studio shoots yet.

I found the entire experience with Gemma very good, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is either learning photography or is having photos taken by her, I met her on a Workshop , she made me feel relaxed, and encouraged all of us to shoot in full manual, which is something I shall most certainly do in the future, luckily Gemma knows what she is doing and her portfolio proves it.

I modelled for two photographers under Gemma's tuition at a studio day at station studios today. She was friendly and professional and is highly recommended!

I was really impressed with the images I was allowed a peek at and am really looking forward to seeing the results.

Had my first (and hopefully not last!) shoot with GemmieV this week and had a brilliant time.

She kindly picked me up from the train station in the morning and we got stuck in to shooting straight away. GemmieV was very polite,professional, gave direction brilliantly and was a great laugh to work with. It was great to shoot with her and I would highly recommend her to new and experienced models alike!

I look forward to seeing more of what we got up to!

Had another amazing shoot with GemmieV, after collecting me from the station we were sorting through the outfits I brought, and from start to finish the shoot was amazing! I was getting sneaky peaks at the work as we were going along and the photos looked amazing, the lighting was brilliant and the colours very crisp, she captured the autumn colours especially well, and after seeing them on the computer today, it's even better!

I always have fun working with gemmiev, she's professional and funny, there will always be a laugh on a shoot, and she has the best outdoor locations to work with, highly recommended if you want to update your port or just want to go for some photos with the family [=
