I had an amazing shot with Gemma Lou last week and I was so sorry to hear that she is about to stop modelling, because I would definitely have loved to work with her again.

I really enjoyed our session. She was so professional and kind that getting the shots I had in mind was really a breeze. She is also very experienced, which meant that I could talk just show her some examples of photographs taken by other photographers and she knew immediately the type of atmosphere and attitude that I was looking for.

She was thoroughly professional during our communications before the shot and really creative during the day. She's 100% recommended, although she may not need one more reference from a newbie since she's decided to pack up. Thank you Gemma!

This was my second shoot with Gemma - at Spitfire Studios this time.

The shoot was easy to arrange, communications were good and Gemma arrived with the dresses etc. that we arranged by email. Gemma is very professional and easy to work with, I think that we both enjoyed the shoot and I got to try out a new overhead light set up.

Gemma's communication was great, she turned up on time with everything I asked her to bring. She got on well with the models and crew on the shoot and didn't complain even though things were a little bit chaotic at times. I'd recommend her but I warn you her jokes are awful!

Had a great time shooting with Gemma and her make up artist at her place last week. I was made to feel very welcome as well as being fed and watered. Gemma had lots of clothing items for the shoot. She was able to pose and move well without much direction. The make up was applied well and the images came out really good. Gemma really is superb to work with and is highly recommended by me.

Gemma was amazing to shoot with. Happy to go along with even the oddest ideas, she was highly professional requiring little direction and with a good variety of poses and expressions. I had a great time and would thoroughly recommend her. Can't wait to work with her again.

Did a multi-day shoot with Gemma and we produced some wonderful work. She was great to work with, dedicated, thoughtful and engaged in the process. She can pose very well on her own, plus take direction if required. She has a good range of styles and is very enthusiastic with good comms before and during the shoot. We will be working again together I've no doubt about that.

Worked with Gemma on Saturday. What a super star. Not only did she find my place but turned up early. It was a bit of a last minute shoot but all worked out extremely well. Gemma is a fabulous model to work with. Gemma replaced the original model I had booked for a full day shoot at Studland Bay House at very short notice and I am so glad she did. Gemma is a lot of fun to work with, takes direction really well and brings fantastic emotion and narrative to images with her range of expressions. Very highly recommended!
