I thoroughly enjoyed my shoot with GavinPhoto!

Pre comms were really good and it was really clear what was expected from the shoot! Everything on the day ran super smoothly, Sam kept me topped up with tea and drinks, and we got some really cool photos! We did two very different themes during the shoot, yet both turned out awesome and were a lot of fun! Gavin and Sam are also SO lovely!! So easy to talk to, professional, and just genuinely nice people!

I would definitely recommend shooting with them, and I hope that I get to shoot with them again at some point!

They are both really lovely people, really easy to get on with, they instantly put me at ease.

Gavin and his wife have a lot of experience, the studio is great and easy to get to. They have a separate changing room with bathroom too which was lovely.

We had lots of cups of tea and biscuits on standby and it was a lovely day.

Gavins pre comms were great and he clearly set out how the shoot would work and it all ran smoothly.

Great photographer and editor and we got some lovely Christmassy shots.

Gavin and his wonderful wife are a total joy to work with.

We all shot together during a vintage swimwear group shoot at Cheltenham lido (i was in the swimwear, not the group of photographers) and we had a wicked day together.

Gavin and i had never met before, but his precomms were great and shooting together was a dream. I would recommend him until i'm blue in the face!

Was an absolute pleasure working with Gavin and his wife Sam yesterday at the Gatwick Aviation museum.

Our initial shoot was called off due to the weathe but we rescheduled for the following week. Gavin was a complete gentleman from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, considering the weather conditions and remained positive throughout! Gavin is super professional and really knows his stuff. We had a good laugh along the way and I honestly felt at home when working with them. Sam was incredibly kind and even brought along freshly baked cookies!

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gavin & Sam and would really love to again in the near future!

Had the opportunity to work with Gavin and his wife on a workshop in Gloucester Prison and what a fantastic opportunity it was to.

Communication was excellent without me needing to bring anything more than myself and my prisoner attitude.

The effort put in by these guys showed as the workshop ran to perfection with photographers getting sound advice and ample opportunity to shoot and me being allowed to play and get some brilliant images for my own portfolio.

A great team and wholly recommended!

I worked with Gav and his lovely wife Sam on one of their photography workshops a few weeks ago. As soon as I arrived I felt right at home and knew exactly what was needed of me due to clear and precise pre comms. Gav and Sam were happy for me to put my own spin on the makeup/hair theme which is great news as an mua! I'm very much looking forward to shooting with them again next weekend! :)

Gavin booked me for one of his video tutorials. I really enjoyed working with him. He has great ideas to create something a bit different and is good fun to work with. Gavin really knows his stuff! With his wife Sam on hand helping out as well they make a fantastic team! I actually got to work with them again in the space of a few days at a camera club event were Gavin was helping out and creating some great set ups. I was very pleased to get to work with them again!

Gavin and his wife Sam made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived at their home - unlimited coffee and also brownies and fudge!! Sam is a fabulous baker! I also had problems with traffic in the morning and Gavin was very chilled when I arrived which always helps set a nice tone before a shoot :) In terms of studio there is a lot of variety and effects - including gels smoke and wind which was awesome! Gavin really uses lighting well and is very efficient at setting up and clearly has a lot of experience. He is a fantastic photographer. I saw a few shots off the back of the camera and was very happy with what I saw :)

I would recommend Gavin without a doubt to any model wanting to gain some fabulous individual work for their port. Thanks again :)

I had the opportunity to work alongside Gavin at the Olympus Ffordes Photographic Event held in Inverness. Right from the outset Gavin came across as professional, polite, easy going and I felt very comfortable and at ease working with him. With the event being a group shoot attended by both amateur and more experienced photographers, we discussed the plan of the shoot and ideas/outfits beforehand. Communication was first class throughout and we worked well together on the day, in fact it felt like I had known Gavin for years and worked with him numerous times already!

A total professional and a credit to the industry and it was an absolute joy to be given the opportunity to work alongside him. I VERY highly recommend him to all and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Had a very enjoyable shoot with Gavin and his wife Sam on Thursday, working on two different concepts and a YouTube tutorial.

Gavin and Sam made me feel very welcome right from the start, with a lovely cuppa and a nice friendly chat. Gavin's communication on PP prior had been spot on, I was sent mood boards ect so I came well prepared. There studio is lovely and they even have a MAKEUP ROOM much to our MUA's excitement!

Both concepts were great and both different, we got some great shots! The YouTube tutorial was very interesting and a new experience for me, I very much enjoyed being a part of it.

Gavin and Sam clearly know there stuff but stay very humble, which is a trait I admire. I would recommend them to anyone, such lovely people and great to work with. I hope to work with them again.

I was MUA for a shoot organised by Gavin in his home studio. Both he and his wife Sam were super friendly and welcoming, and catered SO well for an MUA's needs. They had loads of space, nice high chairs for models to sit on, and amazing lighting set up just for makeup! They timed the day perfectly so that all involved could do their jobs with ample time without feeling any pressure. I had a great day working with Gavin and Sam and hope I will be able to work with them again some day!! Also the shots taken looked incredible - so 100% reccommended as a fantastic photography team!!!
