Summers Abroad

Francis attended our events for the first time last weekend when he joined our UK Manor Event.

We had a gorgeous manor home in the North Cotswolds that had lots of shooting opportunities both indoors and outdoors. Due to Covid-19 we had to separate the shooting areas and basically have a large game of Cluedo,with cleaning breaks in between, to make the event safe and within guidelines. Francis was very respectful of the social distancing and guidelines that we had to have in place.

He came along with his photography buddy Mark so I paired them together for their morning slot. They both work incredibly well together and bounce ideas off each other so it worked really well :) He was a total pleasure to host and he was very kind and respectful to all our attendees and models! He is more than welcome on any of our events in the future :D

Another fantastic shoot with Francis! This time at an art nude lighting workshop I ran plus flour which is super fun (and messy!). Its always a pleasure working with Francis, he has infectious happy energy and its impossible not to smile around him.

He loves film and its fantastic to use both mediums when working with him. He is so lovely, sweet and kind plus he's super duper at sharing images quickly which is always really appreciated when you have organised a run a big event with lots of planning :)

Highly recommended and I hope to shoot with him many times again!

I have wanted to work with Francis for quite some time now and boy he did not disappoint! A lovely fun bubbly gentleman to be around and a class A photographer to boot! I’ve been working out of Aura all year now and I was delighted when Francis said he had booked a slot on my studio day as I’d admired his lovely portraits for a while. He was chatty, funny and easy to work with. Knows his lighting and has a great eye for style. It’s a shame I live a million miles away! Highly recommended by me.

It was my first time working with Francis but i had been looking at his work for ages and hoping we would shoot... and we have yaaaay. He booked me as part of my studio day at Aura in Newmarket and we had plenty of time so shot lots. I love the images he uploaded and i cant wait to hopefully shoot together agian sometime. I would recommend for sure, lovely guy and a great photographer. Thanks a lot for a great shoot.

I met Francis at AURA's group shoot but we had some brief comms beforehand, so was looking forward to working with him!

Francis was enthusiastic and knew what ideas he wanted to try, and also brought a film camera which is always fun to use!

Although we didn't have much time working together, he was a gentleman and very easy to work with.

Shot with Francis in several group shoots/ club nights - I love the energy and ideas Francis always brings to shoots - always relaxed and friendly. Able to give you loads of ideas - but equally happy to let you do your thing. And always gets great images - would always recommend - and would not hesitate to work with him again

I can't believe it has been over a year since I saw Francis!! But I am so glad we managed to catch up on my most recent visit to the area :)

Francis has such a bubbly personality, he is so happy and an absolute pleasure to work with! This time round we worked on some classic art nude shapes and beautiful sensual imagery before moving on to some kick ass work with samari swords hahah! Which would just unbelievable fun, it's not often I get to do something a bit different so I really enjoyed it :D

Highly recommended by me and hope to catch up with him next time I visit!

Fantastic energy!

It was so nice to meet Francis on my studio day at Aura!

We exchanged a few messaged months before and he encouraged me to set up a studio day there, which turned out to be a success :)

I had a lot of laughs with Francis. He is very excited about photography- I can tell how much he enjoys the shooting as well as the social aspect of it.

We took some lovely photos with beautiful dresses on. Francis let me have my own ideas and move freely. Oh, and he also brought a film camera! I’m a great film enthusiast so I suppose that works for me :)

I can recommend him without reservation and would shoot again anytime!

Francis attended a lovely group shoot at Aura on Thursday night - first time I’ve actually shot with Francis, having met him briefly whilst booked with another photographer on a different shoot quite a while back! It was nice to finally get the opportunity to model for him :) A good sense of humour, friendly vibe and I have to add, he wasn’t afraid of getting on the floor in order to get the desired shot! We’ve shorn together before so I was excited when I found out he was going to be on a sunset lake event hosted by Aura studios (Laura Draycon) with other model Tillie Feather.

Francis is such a smiley, happy and positive person and an absolute pleasure to be around.

He communicates really well whilst shooting but also lets you free flow and he is always complimentary which fills you with confidence.

Highly recommend and I look forward to shooting with him again :)

Ahh I was so pleased to finally work with Francis!

His energy is so contagious, a true lovely genuine soul.



Francis came prepared with some ace ideas that we got to try out with fabulous MUA Laura Draycon! OMG! With a good direction set in place we knew where we were going but that didn’t stop us finding inspiration along the way and trying to new ideas and mixing colours up…the results speak for themselves, truly effective. Love the images.



I would happily work with the lovely Francis again and again. Recommend to all!

What an absolute diamond - he booked on the Three Grace's event at Aura Studio with Angharada, Joy & I....brimming with enthusiasm, smiles and such beautiful ideas ♥

It's gotta be one of my favourite shoots of all time, Francis has the utmost respect and professionalism throughout the shoot - and the images....well the images are just incredible!

I met Francis on a studio day I worked on with Jezebelle and Angharada. It was an absolutely magical shoot. And Francis was absolutely the most enthusiastic photographer of the entire day! I don't think I've ever seen a photographer this happy!

I think Francis wins the award for most enthusiastic photographer ! Ever! What an absolute joy to pose for him with our three muses event at Aura studio. Myself, Jezebelle and Joy Draiki went through classical sets inspired by the Three Graces, soft and ethereal trios, lush and warm tones with fabrics and renaissance boudoir goodness! These are exactly the themes I love to do, and Francis’s enthusiasm was SO infectious that we were all having such a good time, very laid back and fun, as well as being incredibly respectful and making sure we’re all comfortable! I would love to work with Francis again at some point, what a kind soul !

His comment saying that this shoot “made his year” was almost enough to make me tear up ! What a WONDERFUL compliment to receive and as models, hearing feedback like this just makes our year too!!! Had a studio day at Aura studio and Francis was one of the photographers there. Francis was friendly, enthusiastic and bought many ideas to the table about what he wanted which was fantastic.

Francis booked me for another shoot with Mark Peers at Mark's studio.

Francis picked me up and dropped me back at the station which I'm very grateful for, so thankyou again for that!

The 4 hours that I was there went very quick, again Francis brought many ideas, along with his awesome sense of humour and enthusiasm. I can honestly say Francis is one the most professional, enthusiastic and all round great guy/photographer.

Would not hesitate to work with him again and looking forward to it! Thankyou Francis 🙏😁

Worked with Fracis a couple of times now at Aura. This guy is always so friendly and energetic. He is full of ideas - but equally happy to listen to yours. Very professional, always making sure your ok. I would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to anyone.
