Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Tom came back to Basford Hurst Cottage this week, alongside Graham and Ray and three wonderful models, Claire, Darcie and Evelana.

It was a pleasure to welcome Tom back to Basford! He is friendly, polite and great fun to have around. He is always respectful of the models and our location.

We would of course highly reccomend Tom and we look forward to seeing him again soon!! Thank you for coming back to see us again!!

Tom was fabulous to shoot with during a group shoot at Alastair Currill studio, he was truly professional and very laid back, creative and enthusiastic. Tom gets a glowing reference from me and I hope to shoot with him again soon. Pictures are wonderful, thank you Tom

I first met Tom yesterday on a group shoot he booked onto at Alastair Curills studio.

He was warm and welcoming and really easy going throughout the shoot.

He was full of ideas and showed me the images he was getting on the back of his camera throughout the day which helped me to adjust posing and see what the images were coming out like as it’s always great to see.

He also helped out the other photographers when it was their turn by holding props and reflectors.

I would definitely recommend working with Tom if he asks you to shoot. And I look forward to seeing the images he took and working with him again in the future. :)

How lucky I am to get to shoot with Tom again!!

Unfortunate that it was on the hottest day of the year, but we still got some killer images! Working with a pro like Tom I knew I had nothing to worry about.

Tom is so much fun and so easy to shoot with. He is great with angles and is prepared to get down and dirty to get them! Even if it meant wrecking his T-shirt and more so his shoulder to get down on the floor to get the best shot. What a legend!

I went through our images from scorpion residence last night and there’s honestly over 100 images that I am in LOVE with and cannot wait to share with you all because this photographer is such a dream to work with and his images are some of my best work!

Looking forward to sharing the sets from Belt Craft studio. From hanging on belts to cowboyesque boudoiry I am OBSESSED with the shots we got.

I just want to say thank you Tom for having me again, and for another amazing shoot ♥

Simply awesome having Tom shooting at these studio spaces for the whole day with his friends, Ray and Graham who were all easy going and friendly to communicate with.

All three models were also great and everyone seemed to really enjoy their day with an upbeat positive vibe!

Tom and everyone treated studio/facilities on offer respectfully and I'm interested to see any images they decide to post on PP, having already seen many great looking shots off the back of the camera.

What a dream it was to shoot with Tom. Set after set, I was blown away by the quality of his shots. I lost count of how many times the words “wow” came out of my mouth, haha!

I absolutely loved Toms lighting set ups. He worked hard to get them spot on! He shoots from fab angles, climbing or getting down on the floor, he is on it! All of his ideas were awesome! From masks to robes, from beautiful naturally lit to dark cellars, I felt I could put it in Toms hands to get some cracking shots - and he certainly did!

I would highly recommend shooting with Tom if you ever get the chance. He is so easy to get along with. We were able to communicate so well before and during our shoot which enabled us to be really productive! Discussing shoot ideas with Tom is sooo exciting! I really look forward to sharing our work with you all, and even more so for future shoots with this awesome photographer!

Tom put out a casting call for a model to work with on his first day at Basford Hurst Cottage and needless to say, I jumped at the opportunity!!! (You only have to look at his images to see why..!! :D)

Pre comms with Tom where great - I knew we were going to have a great shoot!!

Tom arrived on time, brimming with ideas!! He also brought with him a mood board of lots of relevant images to inspire us throughout the shoot :)

Four hours with Tom absolutely flew by!!! Tom was an absolute joy to shoot with and really paid attention to the small details which was tricky as the light kept changing on a sunny / cloudy day!! I was so impressed with the back of the camera images and I cannot wait to see the edits!!

Tom is respectful, kind and a lot of fun to be around - I would highly recommend shooting with him and look forward to seeing his again soon!!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Tom came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with two other photographers across two days.

Pre comms with Tom where spot on. He arrived on time, well prepared and excited to get shooting!!

Tom is amazing!! He is such a nice person to have around!! He is incredibly easy to talk to and always up for a giggle.

Tom was respectful of our location at all times and brought so many great ideas with him to both days here at Basford.

I would have no hesitation to recommend Tom and I hope to see him again soon!!

Yesterday I was very lucky to shoot with Tom for the first time from a beautiful air bnb location in Hereford! Tom is one of the kindest most generous humans, a very talented photographer, professional, creative and so much fun!

A whole days of shooting went by like a blink which is always a good sign that you are working well with a photographer.

We worked on so many beautiful ideas and can't wait to see the final edits!

Very highly recommended photographer to all models !

This was my second shoot with Tom, but my first solo (the first shoot was a duo shoot with two photographers) after trying and failing to organise something for ages, and it did not dissapoint!

We shot in an amazing Airbnb and I had so much fun. Tom let me get creative with ideas and I lost count of how many sets we did. There was a lot of laughing, a lot of throwing popcorn and some amazing images on the back of the camera.

Tom is really laid back, let me make endless cups of tea and chat rubbish whilst still managing to take a ridiculous amount of photos.

I had a blast and can't wait to see the images and hopefully do it all over again soon!

I cant count the number of times ive worked with Tom now, he comes along to the group events at Alastair Currills studio usually and its always a joy to see him!

He always brings great energy, chat and politeness to shoots!

Hes attended a range of different range of shoots from oil, corsets, snakes and even water splash events. Sometimes we need a hand throwing water or holding a snake (Which he eventually came round to!!) etc and hes always happy to help but also a huge gentleman about it all - you should see how hard Alistair throws water at me sometimes.. But NOT TOM!

We always have great banter and I love it when he attends the events, he has my dark sense of humour and its always guaranteed to be great shoot!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom for the first time recently. From his very first message I knew it was going to be a great shoot - a beautiful mansion in Gloucestershire on a crisp autumn day? What a delight! The venue itself was freezing cold but Tom was very patient and kind; allowing plenty of breaks to warm up and change outfits etc. We discussed various ideas in pre-comms so I knew exactly what to bring, and during the shoot Tom met my suggestions with enthusiasm and appreciation. We got through so many sets with amazing results and I have no reservations about recommending Tom wholeheartedly. I hope we can shoot again in the future!

Tom messaged me regarding a surprise shoot at inspire studios with another photographer and I'm so glad he did!

Tom is a warm, humble person and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with him. He's super chill, funny and I felt like I was hanging out with a friend.

His ideas are super creative and he has such an eye for unusual set ups, his lighting creativity is through the roof!

Throughout the shoot, Tom showed me the back of his camera and wrote down my favourites as well as getting rid of any I didn't like.

Overall just a very nice guy, talented photographer and I recommend him to anyone and everyone :)

Not quite sure how I missed a reference last time Tom came but better late than never I guess, sorry Tom.

Tom is a really lovely guy and it's a pleasure having him at the studio. He works well with the models and has some fab ideas when it comes to the shoot.

Nice to see someone who has put great thought and effort in to planning his shoot.

Tom is super polite and always so grateful when I give him a hand with anything.

As part of a challenge with another photographer, this was great fun! No-one knew quite what to expect other than Graham as he was the only one who knew both photographers and myself... but we all got on well and had a whale of a time shooting different styles and images. My first shoot with Tom and it was a pleasure. I responded to his casting for a shoot at Inspire Studios and I was delighted to be successful.

Communication beforehand was great and he shared a moodboard with me so I could plan what to bring - always helpful else I bring my whole wardrobe!

Shooting with Tom is easy going and fun, he is highly respectful and I felt comfortable throughout. He let me see the BOC images as we went, which is always helpful, and there were so many brilliant ones! I can't wait to see the edits.

I really enjoyed my shot with Tom and would definitely recommend him to other models.

2W Location

This was the first visit to Two Wei for Tom but he settled in quickly and made himself at home. He’s clearly very enthusiastic about creating artistic pictures and brought his own props to complete his envisaged images.

Tom is very easy to talk to, professional in approach and got along with his model well during the day.

We have no hesitation in recommending Tom to other studios and models wishing to work with him and hope to welcome him back to Two Wei in the near future.

Shot with Tom for the first time recently, at the awesome Burford Manor. We had such a fun day, Tom put up with my Em nonsense with remarkable patience for a first exposure to it, we had a really good laugh and shot a whole bunch of awesome images! His preshoot comms were spot on too, he provided a moodboard to assist my packing (I need all the help I can get not to pack literally everything I own). Absolutely recommended to other models by me, and hope we can shoot again soon! Thankyou for a great shoot Tom! And remember, "sun's out; tongues out" ;D
