Currently I've been on Purple Port for years and I have worked with some great people here.  It's been an enjoyable three years producing images and meeting other creatives.  My interest was initially in portraits and automotive photography, but I have tried and enjoyed duo shoots, cosplay, lighting effects and some fun themes.

As my ample feedback suggests, I am easy going and laid back.  Personally I prefer trying to set up and get the right shot than five hundred I'll have to look through later.  I find this type of shoot is more enjoyable with time to chat, look at images, work together to produce good results and make the shoot a professional and enjoyable experience.

I look after models in my care and even feed them when required!  This is a fun hobby, so there is always time for a cup of tea.

My studio is centrally located in Essex, is 1,000sq/ft with water and a toilet, no portacabin here, plus it's heated with lighting equipment, backgrounds and green screens.On the rare occasions I have had to cancel during these three years on PP I have always paid the model in full for the shoot, I do understand it is a job and we all have bills to pay.  Cancellation policy or not I consider this only fair for models. Please Note:  I now have my first and only negative reference, left by a model I paid in full when I had to cancel. I would suggest doing the decent thing and paying any model if the shoot goes ahead or not shows a moral code higher than said model who felt the need to come to my profile three months after the shoot and leave me a negative out of the blue. Be warned fellow photographers, if you also choose to do the decent thing.

This has left me very vary of new, inexperienced models that do not understand either the moral implications or how the feedback system works.  So I no longer work with new models.
