I had a great shoot with Mick and his shooting buddy Peter. We shot a bit in his studio and the rest of the shoot took place in Mick's extraordinary jungle of a garden, in which you can spend hours shooting. The pre-communication was perfect and Mick made sure to give all neccessary info beforehand, which makes my work so much easier then. The shoot was very enjoyable, with a good pace, breaks and also time for some great chats.

I'm happy to recommend working with Mick, and I hope to work with him again another time.

After having worked with Mick once earlier this year in his home studio, I was thrilled when he invited me to work away with over several locations and days in Yorkshire. Mick is not only a highly skilled tog with very well thought through ideas to execute, but he is a fantastic person to both work and social with. Shooting out on location, Mick was always very considerate of my needs/safely etc and he definitely has the perfect mindset a tog needs when shooting on location (when nude especially). I had a fantastic 3 days and it was an honour to work with Mick on this journey. Thank you once again Mick and I truly hope we get to work together another day in the not so distant future!

I was so happy when Mick contacted me about working with him at his home studio, and we got a shoot booked in right away! Micks studio and home are beautiful (exactly what I expected from the moment I met him) and I had the pleasure of spending some time over coffee and food at his home pre shoot to not only discuss outshoot plans but also look through his work and hear his life stories in how photography and the elements he uses now came into his life. I had the most enjoyable time and loved the BOC images. I have now just received an offer of working with Mick again in the coming months and I couldn’t be happier about that. I was lucky enough to work with Mick in his amazing studio in his garden.

Separately, I want to note that the garden is simply magnificent, there are a lot of beautiful plants, which Mick takes great care of.

Mick came up with some interesting ideas that we implemented and got very unusual photos.

It is very comfortable to work with him, he takes care of the model, turned on the heating in advance so that I would not freeze.

In short, I am happy to recommend Mick for other models and hope that we will be able to work together again.

Had a lovely first shoot with Mick, who kindly picked me up from the train station, supplied me with elderflower water to drink, and helped set the mood for the shoot by showing me his earlier palladium prints of some of the best- known art nude models in Britain. Indeed, Mick was kind and patient with me in all pre-shoot communications, which helped me in understanding his particular individual vision as a photographer.

I've not done a shoot quite like this before, it was a unique experience- and I really love that about this modelling job- the fact that photographers can have such very disparate views and approaches to photography, and adapting to that as a model can be a learning experience, and helps expand my own view of what I can do and offer as a model, and also as a fledgling/learning photographer (and gardener :)).

How wonderful to have one's own private garden, complete with waterfall, bridge and pond, full of exotic plants, like a private Amazon. I got to be Eve (before the Fall) in this private paradise, and also to model with Mick's Venus/Aphrodite sculpture, immerse myself physically in the waterfall, and, at the very end, Mick took some really beautiful photos from his own studio of me modelling with luminous Lilies and a gorgeous exotic pink flower, which were strikingly unlike any photos I've ever seen of me. It was lovely to be a part of all this rich floral beauty, and rare exotic textures and shapes, and to learn about the plants- their names and characteristics. I only wish I'd taken notes.

Highly recommended, as a wonderful creative experience with beautiful resultant photos, and I hope we will work together again.

I had a lovely day out shooting with Mick and his friend Peter in the Peaks in early September. We had been planning it for almost 8 months and we finally got the chance after lockdown finished. Honestly the weather couldn't have been more perfect, it was meant to be, soft light in the morning and gradual clouds and sunshine :)

We met at the beginning of the Peaks and travelled to various locations throughout the day. Mick and Peter make a great photographic team, it was a real joy to work with them both as they were mindful of me on some difficult locations and importantly they were mindful of each other and allowed each to get the shots they wanted.

It was such a fabulous step back into modelling for me after many months away. I really hope I get the chance to shoot with them again :)

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mick and his beautiful bunch of arum lilies during the week at his lovely home studio and in his beautiful garden in the sunshine.

Communication prior to our shoot was fantastic. I knew the details of the shoot, what to bring with me, and he gave me good advice in terms of how to get there.

When I arrived, Mick was very welcoming and we sat down with a cup of tea and looked through some images for ideas and so that I could get a feel of what Mick wanted to achieve. Mick even showed me some of his prints which were gorgeous.

Mick is highly professional, creative and passionate about his photography and takes great pride and care in his work. He gave fantastic direction when it came to posing me with the flowers and showed me the photos on the back of the camera throughout our shoot. I was blown away by the photos and I can’t wait to see the final images.

The time flew by. I could have stayed in his garden all day!

I highly recommend Mick, he is a very lovely and friendly gentleman, and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

It was a great shooting wit Mike!

We had 4 hrs but the time just flew with him!

He has a beautiful garden and a very interesting great project with flowers. I have never had flower shooting before so I loved this shooting!

We made nice beauty pictures but also tried to do some new interesting body shape shooting with the flowers.

He got me time to do experiments and corrected the poses and the lighting if he looked phantasy in those.

He is highly recommended and I hope we’ll have chance to work together again!

It was a joy to work with Mick again, this time at the stunning Kell's Bay Gardens and surrounding coast spread over 3 days in Kerry, Ireland. I had my own room within accommodation at the gardens with Mick and his wife, which was lovely and they were so welcoming and looked after me amazingly, it was great to spend with with them. I also had my own time to relax or do admin when we weren't shooting.

Mick is entirely considerate, professional, kind and respectful - a pleasure to work with. Of course he was in his element due to his botanical passions, and the gardens were magical, with stunning plants and flowers, enchanting steps to winding pathways, peaceful streams and huge mossy trees with beautiful roots to entwine myself - a photographic playground for us to create in.

I can happily recommend Mick and would always be pleased to work with him. Thank you so much for the experience :-)

I had a wonderful shoot with Mike at his home locations a couple weeks back while I was staying in London for a few days. I travelled out to Sittingbourne and Mike pick me up and took me to his lovely home studio/gardens.

I have worked with Mike a couple of occasions in the past but all on workshops so it was lovely to finally do a 1:1 shoot together.

Mike is simply wonderful to work with, kind,creative, professional, great sense of humour and great company throughout the shoot.

I had a really nice shoot with Mick at his home studio. Sadly we weren't able to do any outdoor work because of the weather, however his garden is beautiful!

We covered a range of ideas and filled up the 4 hours really well. Mick had some really creative ideas involving flowers which were lovely!

Mick was really friendly and hospitable, super easy to work with.
