References for Feraline

I just had my third shoot with Bethy in under a year, which says a it all really. Bethy has been consistently, enthusiastic, easy to work with and has delivered great images. Shoots feel more like catching up with a friend and the time flies by. After two location shoots this third was at my home studio. I wondered if it was going to work as well, Bethy being quite outdoorsy, but it was no problem and I can say we got some of our best images to date in this session. As on previous occasions, she brought along a case of outfits and other props which were all well suited to the shoot. Bethy is both active in the creativity of the shoot and also very keen to work with the photographer's ideas to get the shots. I have no reservations recommending Bethy to other photographers. :)

A perfect combination of location scouting and improvised photography on route. We have an art project to create this year but needed a warm-up session as we hadn't met up for a few months. As always Feraline was brimming with enthusiasm, we did a fair amount of walking and stopped here and there for some quick photographs - as much as the chilly weather, rain and wind would allow. If joy and laughter are as key to you as they are me during a shoot the Feraline is the perfect model. She is clear about her style and likes / dislikes and absolutely able to give you fabulous shots. I don't work with many professional models but Feraline is one of them and will hopefully be for many years to come.

Following an amazing first shoot last year, I had no hesitation in asking Feraline if she’d work with me on an organised shoot at a disused mansion house. I couldn’t have made a better choice.

As before, comms were excellent; Feraline arrived perfectly prepared, looking fabulous and with a range of gorgeous outfits that suited the location so very well.

As we began shooting Feraline brought energy, dynamism and such enthusiasm to the sets we shot, posing with ease and grace, but also taking direction, though that was rarely required. Brimful of ideas, possessed of a ready spontaneity, working with Feraline is a truly collaborative experience. Feraline’s instinctive, a natural model, with a deep well of talent and creativity that is inspiring to work with.

She’s totally dedicated to achieving the images.

Feraline responded to my casting, and 48 hours after her initial message we were on the shoot. Her comms were excellent, she fully understood the ideas of the shoot and arrived on time with a bag full of outfits, ready to go.

It didn't take Feraline long to understand the way I shoot, and even with some quite significant noise issues due to traffic and rushing water, Feraline needed no direction or queues.

Feraline is a really easy person to talk to and get along with and 3 hours just flew by. I'll definitely be shooting with Feraline again.

Beginning to loose count of the number of times we have worked together, this was a little different, after a two word brief I gave Feraline free reign to wardrobe and design . She did not disappoint, her imagination came up trumps with a fantastic wardrobe and set of props to match her wild imagination.

She arrived fully made up and dressed in the shoot wardrobe, ready to shoot, well after a cuppa anyway. We developed ideas and themes together as the shoot progressed creating photos neither of us envisioned before we started,

And the photos we produced are just so Wow. .. .

Of course a deffo recommendation from me, till the next shoot Feraline and hopefully soon

This was my 2nd shoot with Feraline and she never disappoints. We went for a Princess theme and as before Feraline puts a massive amount of effort into her work with the quality of the makeup outstanding. A real joy to work with and I can not recommend her highly enough for any other photographers who have not shot with her. Thank you once again and I look forward to the next shoot. x

Endless Dream

Shot with Feraline a while back and she kindly agreed to shoot from her place in London. I loved the way Feraline poses naturally and buzzing with ideas. the light was challenging, but loved the results from the shoot. Not sure when will I get to work with again, hopefully soon fingers crossed.

Feraline and I got on like a house on fire before we even met in person; I knew that she would be such a tremendous, spiritual collaborator even though we hadn't even discussed ideas at this stage. These are the shoots where you relax before you start - because you know it will be amazing and you trust the artistic, collaborative process. And you know the model is amazing in all aspects.

I wasn't disappointed - when you meet her in person you are bombarded with intense loveliness and a soulful persona that values creativity and art and passion and fire. We talked for hours and I barely noticed my camera - so it was such a surprise and joy to find hundreds and hundreds of photos had been captured - we loved them all - and we tried lots of fun, rebellious ideas that looked dynamite because we weren't shackled by rules or conventions. I'm so appreciative and proud of the work we created together - and I advise any dull, uninventive, uninspired photographers to look elsewhere! Feraline is a joy and TEN OUT OF TEN X X X

Feraline is an fantastic person to work with. I have to admit, I didn't plan this photoshoot as thoroughly as I would like, but that was no challange to Feraline - she got exactly what I was going for with very little prompting and brought along an excellent range of outfits that were all superb. Coming at the end of a busy week of corporate work it was really refreshing to take a slower pace and work with someone so thoughtful and creative. Really pleased with how the photos are turning out. Thank you for a great shoot Feraline - everyone else, I 100% recommend working with her.

Into Darkness

Losing track of how many we've done now, but it's absolutely fantastic to have someone so local and so very good at what they do.

Bethy has outstanding attention to detail and can produce some rather epic looks. I know I've got another shoot lined up just from the ideas brewing from the one we just finished.

Quite frankly, there's not enough time in the day or the year to do as many shoots as absolutely necessary with Bethy.

Definitely one of those rapidly rising stars!

Timothy

Another fantastic shoot with Feraline, we went up into the local wooded places we both know to shoot in an area of ancient woodland with old, dark and twisted trees with mis-shaped trunks. Fetaline was very keen and willing to try out every tree that was accessible, inc one which was quite a testing climb.

Feraline is not only a very good looking model with amazing red hair, (which is awesome when lit from behind) and is also a great friendly personality who I felt I could chat endlessly with.

Feraline posed to compliment the woodland location themes I had in mind, blending her shapes to suit the natual tree bows and branches.

The photos we produced are just fantasic, thank you very much Bethy, until the next time. Of course a complete recommendation from me.

Wow. Where do I start to describe the wonderful experience of working with Feraline?

Given that this was a fairly hastily-arranged shoot, pre-shoot comms were good, and suggested we had much in creative common. And so it proved on the shoot.

In a couple of great locations chosen by Feraline, she positively crackled with energy and zest, and the pre-shoot comms translated easily into on-shoot dialogue; ideas flowed forth, concepts were discussed and shared, the model/photographer collaboration that I so value was present from the get-go.

Feraline arrived well prepared for the shoot, outfits and styles aplenty, and with each set her adaptability and invention were readily apparent.

Feraline is stunningly beautiful in so many ways; most of all her personality, which has a warmth and genuineness that makes working with her easy and so rewarding. Respect her boundaries, artistic integrity and her talent, and you will find that shooting with Feraline is so very worthwhile.

I really enjoyed shooting with Bethy. We made the most of the beautiful countryside near Cheddar. Bethy’s beautiful, lovely and fun to work with. She came prepared with a cool collection of clothes and jewellery. We walked quite a way and the weather wasn’t perfect, but she took it all in her stride.

I’d love to shoot with Bethy again and I’d thoroughly recommend her *****

Bethy stepped for a no-show/ghost model and I have no idea why I didn't just think of Bethy first!

Always well prepared (like a scout) and a complete bundle of joy. Always a pleasure, never a chore! I know we've got another few lined up at some point!

Wavepower

A second shoot with the delightful Feraline. This time at a location of her choosing that had been discussed while preparing our first shoot. We had some fun shooting with materials on the windy hill top which was something that we were both keen do.

It was every bit as enjoyable as our first shoot. Once again Feraline was enthusiastic, hard working and very easy to collaborate with. She is easy going and good company too. She brought along her trusty case and backpack full of outfits; just as well seeing there was a fairly steady flow of passing walkers for much of the shoot.

Very happy to give a second recommendation to the charming Feraline.
