Wow!! I have just got back from a day's shooting with Alison and her husband Alan at their fantastic studio Open Space. They booked Retro Rob and I for a day of shooting a range of themes.

Alison's pre-shoot comms were excellent and I got a sense that it was going to be an amazing shoot experience but I had no idea just how amazing it would be! Meeting and working with Alison and Alan has undoubtedly been a top highlight of my modelling career so far. To meet such interesting, caring, creative and fun individuals is a real privilege and then to spend a day working with them was just superb!

Alison went out of her way to make us feel at home and as she works so collaboratively and professionally she really got the best from Rob and I. I have never felt so appreciated, and it was very touching to her Alison's kind remarks and encouragement as we acting out various scenes in this film-like set that her and Alan had created for the shoot!

Her attention to details is spot on, she is amazing at styling, has brilliant creative vision, is a true artist, and is able to communicate her ideas extremely effectively. Thank you so much to Alison for booking Rob and I and for making us feel so welcome. I had such a great day and hope to work with her again very soon!

I have just returned home after a shoot at the awesome Open Space Studios with the amazing Melany on our continued Art Nude & Vintage Tour and was fortunate enough to have had nothing more than a photographic delight of a shoot working with The outstanding Femme Art .

They say want it bad enough and the universe will deliver and it did in abundance!

Hospitality like no other I have experienced and pure Photographic art that deserves a place in a gallery .

Truly incredible shoot with Alison and Alan! I just adore their studio and working with them both. This was my first time shooting with them and I really hope I get to work with them again. Such a lovely couple who are right up my street when it comes to being so creative! They work fantastically as a team and know each other’s strengths. I got to work with Alison and Alan at my studio day at MAP studio recently. They both showed up on time and ready to shoot. Alison showed me a beautiful portfolio book that she had printed and I was instantly impressed. She came with a huge case full of suits and hats and shoes and wigs and lots of other goodies. She really wanted me to embrace the idea and gave me freedom to wear what I want and really involved me creatively. She is a lovely woman who always wants to make sure you are happy... which is lovely. Really enjoyed the shoot and hope to do it again next time.

Yesterday I had my first shoot with Alison and Alan and we had a ball! Although Alan was shooting Alison was on hand with creative styling input, an abundance of great ideas and an obvious passion for photography which made for an all round great shoot!

We worked on themes and ideas together and came up with some stunning sets that we were all proud of. I really, really hope to work with this amazing artistic duo again!

A pleasure as always. Alison arrived with two sets, bags/cases/arms full of costumes, shoes and wigs. I instantly delved into conversation about the research behind the concept we worked on, and felt warmed that once again she wanted to shoot with me to experiment with the new world of ideas.

I had the pleasure of meet and working with Alison for the first time on Saturday at Mine and Cariad’s studio day. Alison is a warm and friendly lady, making me feel at ease. She’s also super chatty and passionate about the work her and Alan do. It’s very refreshing to meet someone so engaging and knowledgeable about the arts and theatre.

Alison was not photographing us but was a brilliant ideas machine and shoot director! She also ensured we had plenty of breaks to keep warm in the cold conditions. We had an absolutely great time and from what I’ve seen I would be more than happy to work with both of the again.

Highly recommended by me to all models and creatives, you won’t be disappointed.

I was lucky enough to work with the lovely Alison during mine and Silks duo day at Map studio. When I heard that Alison would be joining Alan on shoot I was elated! I had heard so many wonderful things about this lovely lady and she really exceeded my expectations.

Alison had a great array of outfits, ranging from unique vintage pieces to some beautiful lingerie and I must say a pair of the most comfortable killer heals I have ever tried on in my life! All this and not to mention her bursting with ideas and wonderful chatter :)

Alison you are a real gem! Thank you for coming along. I hope we will have the opportunity to shoot with you again.

Loved meeting Alison yesterday at MAP Studio!

A wonderful artistic character full of enthusiasm. Kind and respectful at all times and really looked after me. Although it was Alan's shoot, I wanted to leave a reference for Alison too as she was truly a brilliant on-shoot assistant who helped get both of our creative minds ticking. Highly recommended and I hope to work with her again!

I met Alison and Alan ....months ago on a location share at Pipewell Hall! Alison is such an enthusiastic and infectious person! I had been wanting to work with her ever since! I knew a shoot with her would be full of creativity !!

Alison wasn't shooting this time she was assisting Alan - however she contributed so much to the shoot I had to leave her a reference!

Alison is so welcoming and so happy - you feel like you've known her forever! On the shoot Alison was styling as well as helping wife set design! She was so respectful throughout and my comfort was always her top priority!! She was constantly making sure I was happy or if I needed anything ! She always asked when coming in the changing room, or when helping put on clothes or accessories- she gave me some fabulous posing direction and was also happy to let me do my own thing.

She was so attentive to the work - always checking for loose hairs, fixing stocking that were the wrong was round or getting the right pair of shoes! Alison is so creative! Her vision is great - I did question some of her styling decisions (in my head) though was always blown away when I saw the back of the camera shots as every suggestion didn't just work, but worked and looked incredible!!! She has such a talent and in so glad she's using it!!

Alison's energy never dropped! She was so great to have around! I really enjoyed her presence and I really hope we can shoot one day! If love to see how she shoots!!

This shoot with Alison and Alan was just so much fun!!! I adore how they work and I live their ideas!!

As if Alison wasn't lovely enough she and Alan finished the shoot early as the train I was meant to get was cancelled! Alison made sure I was able to get the earlier train which meant I would get home at a decent time instead of after 10pm!'

Just a lovely lady who I feel lucky to have worked with!! Highly recommended by me!!!

I got to work with Alison again a couple of weeks ago on my studio day at Map.

Once again I got to dress up in all sorts of weird and wonderful outfits (haha) and work my way through all of Alison's ideas (mostly dance/ theatre based)

I can't say I'm the best 70's dancer, LOL, but I gave it a good go ;)

What can I say about Alison! We've shot together 3 times now, and each time has been something delightfully wacky, arty, fashiony, moody and story driven. She is great to plan with, has an eye for styling and is always contributing ideas throughout the shoot - her references are flawless. Her and Alan make a great team, always meaning you'll have a fun shoot. A giggle, but with great images! Such a pleasure to work with.

Wow. What a team!

Allan and Alison came along to my studio day at Map Studios and built a Pirate shipwreck scene!

I honestly had so much fun acting out different characters within the set up, Allison is wonderfully creative and knows and understands fashion & shares my love for the cool and quirky Vivienne Westward.

Both made sure I had enough breaks and were courteous to check that my heels were not causing me too much pain!
