I'm Em and I am 27 from Greater Manchester In the passed I have struggled with my confidence and my mental health but since finding fitness I have become a whole new person, I now have the confidence I've always wanted (still room for more) and have control over my mental health. I am a qualified Personal trainer but work in promotion and marketing.
