Emily Hancocks

I am currently in my final year of university, studying Fashion Design with Design for Performance. For my final major project, I am collaborating with 'Cherry Lingerie' - a small, independent lingerie company based in Brighton as well as fluid artist, which is yet to be confirmed. From this collaboration, I will be designing a capsule collection of a minimum of 4 lingerie outfits. 

My concept/theme is looking at minerals under the microscope - looking at the shapes, colours and textures. This research will be used to develop a print design used on my chosen fabric. I am also focusing on the 1980's - looking at power dressing, popular lingerie, hair and makeup. The photoshoot will be in the style of the 80's, too.
