This was only my second shoot coming back into modelling after a nearly 20 year break and it was a day that reminded how much fun you can have working with the right people. Ed was brilliant! Prior to the shoot communication was great. Lots of info and we exchanged ideas etc. When I arrived the studio Ed immediately made me feel super comfortable as we had a coffee and chatted about the shots we would both like and went through different outfit options. The whole shoot was so lovely and Ed is such a funny, kind and respectful guy that I just felt so relaxed.

I love the images that he (we) created and really hope we get to work together again.

Ted is a true gentleman and made me feel comfortable at all times throughout the shoot. He is adept at choosing lighting that fits the theme and tone of the shoot and he was able to move quickly with his settings so we captured the maximum amount of images during our time together. He suggested some great ideas and always a ensured that I was happy with everything before the camera clicked. A true professional and a genuinely nice person, I would love to shoot with him again.

I had my first shoot with EJM during my studio evening at JBstudios.

I usually know when I meet a photographer how well we will get on and I knew I’d get on with him! And I was right, as we had a fantastic 1 hour shoot.

We go so many pictures considering we only had an hour! And many of them looked beautiful!

Ted is such a calm and kind photographer. He took a nice relaxed approach to the shoot and got to know me as a model aswell. I felt comfortable the entire time and wasn’t rushed or pushed at all.

What was lovely was that he said he would I definitely shoot with me again… which I’m so grateful for!

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve worked with Ted over the years but our most recent shoot together was last week during my studio day at JB Studios. Ted kindly sent me his ideas via message beforehand and I was very excited as they sounded very creative, different from what we have done before and my goodness did we have a lot of fun! I really enjoyed shooting behind the plexiglass with the water droplets and then posing next to a large silver reflective sheet which looked very ethereal.

Working with Ted is always a real pleasure. He ensures I feel comfortable throughout and we don’t rush through the sets. We took some breaks and he even bought lunch for us which I really do appreciate a lot :) He always captures the most incredible photos (just have a look for yourself). Ted is great at giving me directions but he also lets me pose freely and give my own ideas and input too. A highly professional, respectful and friendly gentleman who if you haven’t had the chance to work with yet then you’re missing out big time! Highly highly recommended by me!

I think I have shot with Ted 4 or 5 times now and every time gets better and better we always have such productive and fun shoots even between all our chats and laughs we still come out with some beautiful images!

Ted is so easy and lovely to work with he always puts me at ease, he’s calm and respectful and polite and always the consummate professional. Not only that he is a bloody good photographer and the images are always beautiful! He has ideas but also welcomes the models ideas too.

He is a real gentleman and a lovely person on top of being a fantastic photographer and I always look forward to shooting with Ted! If you can’t a chance to shoot with him you absolutely should! I do hope our paths will cross again Ted! Wholeheartedly recommended and more!

I’ve lost count with how many shoots Ted and I have done together over the years, they’re all amazing, creative and so much fun! The most recent shoot we did was during my studio day at JB Studios at the weekend when Ted booked me for the first two hours. Ted messaged me beforehand with his ideas including reference images. I got stuck in some traffic on my way to the studio but Ted was so relaxed and understanding, I really appreciated this. We managed to fit in many different sets and looks in the time we had, starting with winter fashion until the studio warmed up with the heaters. Ted is lovely like this, he always has the models best interests at heart and ensures that the model is comfortable, warm and happy. We moved onto lingerie and then finished our time with tasteful, low-key bodyscapes with oil and water. Wow! Ted nailed the lighting again and the photos are incredible! Ted is chatty, professional, respectful, gives great direction but also allows the model to give their input and ideas too and is just an overall pleasure to work with and spend time with. I consider Ted a great friend in the industry and I can happily recommend him to others with no hesitation.

The Shed (essex)

It is one thing being a talented photographer (which Ted is) but bringing a warm, friendly, professional and helpful atmosphere to a shoot is another thing that not all togs can do. From the moment Ted walked in the studio I knew he was the sort of person I want to work with. Kind, respectful, talented, funny and professional all the way…… with enough cheeky banter that fits in with my little studio. He made the model (Lara) feel at ease by chatting to her throughout, reading the situation perfectly as to how Lara likes a relaxed shoot….. He chatted to all the other people there and was happy to give help and suggestions so everyone got the best out of the evening…… can’t wait to work with you again Ted 😊😊

I had the pleasure of working with Ted for the first time and it was amazing. For our first shoot I am absolutely so happy with how well we got on and how well we worked together. As it was our first shoot we arranged to meet for coffee and a chat, which I knew straight away we would work well together. Ted made me feel really comfortable and at ease in his company. He is very professional, easy going and great fun. I’m just sorry we haven’t worked together before now!!

Now,I have shot with Ted on many occasions over the years I've known him. I approached him with an idea and I had expectations of how I wanted it to look. Ted never ever fails to deliver exactly what you want. When you have 2 people that understand each other and work on the sane wavelength then you're guaranteed to get only the best. Honestly, I was once again blown away by the images he captured. One exceptionally talented & creative photographer & a true friend. I'm retiring from modelling at the end of the year,so hoping we get at least 1 more chance to shoot together,whether it be 1 on 1 or in a group. Whatever way,we shall stay in contact as I treasure the beautiful friendship we've grown.

Ted attended mine and Everly's 'Ocean Eyes' Beach Event recently we ran for a group of photographers.

I found Ted to be such a lovely, genuine and fun soul to be around, I felt comfortable in his presence 100% and he captured some of the most stunning images of us both solo and together.

He doesn't shoot machine gun style, his way is more quality over quantity and he knows when he has captured the shot and is happy to take a break/move on.

The energy of the shoot was efficient yet relaxed and we shot various areas of the beach both as a group and separately in 2 small groups. Ted really got along with everyone and fit in really well.

I'd love to work together on either another event or a 121 basis.

I can totally recommend him to other models.

I had the pleasure of Ted booking a 121 slot with me during my studio day in Essex.

He came prepared with props and lot's of lovely inspiration images.

Ted has a very relaxed approach to shooting, ensuring you are comfortable and happy throughout the duration of working together. I felt very comfortable and at ease working with Ted.

We got some great results together; Ted showed me the back of the camera throughout our slot ensuring I liked the images. We nailed it!

Definitely recommended by me and I hope to work together again in the future!

Wow , I honestly do not know where to start.

Edward as we know him (ted) walked into studio and from the second he walked in he's kind spirit and presence was felt by me. He was totally professional , throughout our hour shoot together. I was doing a model evening at jb studios , and he was just 1 of my 4 photographers, he explained the shoot we were working on thoroughly, before we stepped into the light , we did a boudior shoot with a new lighting Ted wanted to create. Well I'll eat my hat when I say if this was a new lighting I'm still in shock the images were just stunning. Ted is honestly so professional, speaks you through everything throughout , It made me as a model and my job feel easy. I could of spent alot more hours with Ted , and wish I'd of had the time to to do this. It was like meeting up with an old friend, and yet the first time we had met. All he's coms were of excellence , he's equipment was fantastic even making what I posed on more comfortable for me. This photographer, I have to say is one of the best I have worked with. I have been A model since i was 10 months of age ,and come in and out over the years , I'd just had a break of 8 years and only returned a few months ago , firstly I'm glad I did as its been an amazing jorney back , and to of worked with Ted was just incredible nothing is too much trouble for Ted , the chat was great throughout , and he's direction is unreal. I honestly cannot wait to work along side Ted again , in the boudior field , I could go on all day, but what are you waiting for if you have an opportunity to work with Ted or even hire Ted for your special days or any kind of shoot. I promise you now you won't look back. Incredible guy all around, professional , the images are of the best standard. I have worked with some very famous photographers in my time , and I will honestly say Ted and ejm_studios is up there at the top.

Don't wait just book him I give you my word you will be unbelievably amazed with the outcome. And will more than likely meet a friend out of him. I'm honestly honoured to of done this shoot with Ted and honored that I can call him a friend for sure. He's helped me no end with questions I have fired at him.
