Hi, my name's David, I'm a photographer based between Portsmouth/and London.

About Me: I have a passion for visual storytelling. My background is in film but I'm looking to transition to photography. I started building a photography portfolio in 2019 but stopped due to film projects. I've produced a number of short films and have finished as a finalist in competitions such as Shore Script, Filmmatic etc. I have also had screenplays optioned.

In terms of style: I love black and white and photos that have a candid and reportage feel to them. Due to my background I'm heavily influenced by cinema - and I'm also influenced by the great photographers such as Peter Lindbergh, Helmut Newton and Richard Avedon.

I'm looking to collaborate with models on:

• Narrative photo stories (looking to build a list of models/actors to support with these projects)
• Fashion
• Documentary (looking for interesting stories to tell: this can be music, dance, sports etc)
• and Lifestyle

Important: I only work TFP as I'm in the process of building my portfolio. I am happy to cover travel expenses depending on location. You will be provided with 6-12 edited images to use for your portfolio.
