Dolayley

 BA (Hons) (First) in Photography graduated 2016, Ma Visual Communication graduated 2021. Former artist in residence at the Southampton Solent University 2022. I have exhibited across the country and published in several publications, inspiring me to develop a fine art style within my photography. I have a keen interest in surrealism and social history which informs my work. At the present time I am experimenting with short films, please checkout my Youtube Channel under the name Phil Layley.

I have a comfortable well equipped studio in the SO31 area of Southampton. Where I have worked with numerous models, actors and musicians creating content for websites and portfolios. Have worked freelance within primary School education running Photography and Art related workshops. For several years I have worked as a Gallery Assistant, Technician, and currently front of house at the Gosport Gallery.  

I am keen to work with local Models, Actors and Dancers developing ideas for my personal practice, in return I am happy to spend time creating images for their portfolios.
