Hello - Drawing to me is therapy. When I sit down with my sketchpad and pencil I queue up Buffy The Vampire Killer on Netflix. Go outside and smoke a few bowls. Come back and start drawing. Everything else in the world disappears. My problems. The worlds problems. All go away and it is just me and the pencil and Buffy.
I use photos for reference in my work. I look for photos that when I see them I know I have to draw it. Mainly portraits as I love drawing the eyes.
