Fixing extreme red lighting

Sometimes the lighting is just too red and so you just have to work with it!
This composite shows the image as shot (Pre), the settings I used in Adobe Camera Raw to rescue it, and what it looks like with those settings applied (Post)
That's why you should always shoot Raw!
