Where do I start!

.........Well I have been a long time admirer of Darryl's work and I finally got the chance to work with him after a year of chatting and trying to arrange a shoot!

Darryl's pre comms were fantastic, the shoot was awesome and his MUA was wonderful, over all a great day and from what I have seen so far the images are great. I can't wait to see more.

Darryl was professional, friendly and all round great photographer. He gave good direction and I felt completely at ease from the word go.

I am just hoping I have the chance to work with him again :)

Would I recommend Darryl? YES! without a doubt, if you get the chance too do it

I had a shoot with Charley Payne MUA and Darryl at his home studio. We were shooting beauty and bridal stuff.

First of all I have to say that the communication before the shoot was great. We had a group chart so we were in touch all the time in case of any questions and problems.

During the shoot he was very relaxed but professional in the same time. There was a place for me to dress up, space for Charley to do the makeup, he also offered some drink and overall everything was just perfect.

I really like that he asks all the involved if they like the results and is happy to shoot until whole team will be satisfied! ;)

I'm proud of every single image we have created together as a team and looking forward to meet him again!

I finally got to work with the fabulous Darryl after much admiring of his work and extensive pre-comms about some wonderful shoot ideas!

He is such a knowledgeable and professional individual, who has such a knack for making one feel instantly at ease.....his stunning way with camera blew me away, as did his lighting set up skills - it's effortless for him, setting up wonderful scenes, creating amazing effects that look mind-blowing in camera!

Darryl is a seriously fantastic photographer who is so fun to work with and directs beautifully, I cannot recommend this fantabulous individual enough....he will blow your socks off peeps, what a dude :)

I had a great time shooting with Darryl on friday, it was a fun shoot and I am really happy with the pictures I received some edits on the same day as the shoot. Darryl is very friendly with a pro attitude and The shoot was Very relaxed. Darryl has creative ideas and is up for experimenting with different looks. I would highly recommend to any model..:)

I had the absolute pleasure of modelling for one of Darryl's pay it forward workshops at the end of last year...

Darryl is a fabulous photographer and as humble as anything with 0% ego, which is wonderful to work with!

I learnt a lot on the day myself from Darryl's excellent tuition, he patiently answered any questions on the day and was thorough and precise when passing on information.

Darryl makes a fabulous tutor and I always enjoy working with him, highly recommended!

Another great shoot with the lovely Darryl, and Katie S MUA on make-up. We had a pretty vague idea but working with such a creative team is always going to achieve great results, which we did! I'm delighted with the edits so far and can't wait to add them to my portfolio. Darryl was also kind enough to out me up for a couple of days while I was on tour, and as always I was impeccably looked after. I can't recommend Darryl enough and look forward to working with him again soon.

Harley Monster

Had a short, fun and relaxed shoot with the absolutely lovely Darryl yesterday.

Despite only shooting for a couple of hours we managed to fit in a number of different looks and styles. Throughout, Darryl was great to work with, open to ideas for what to try and helpful with suggestions for altering poses.

And on top of that there were beautifully edited shots waiting form me by the time I'd gotten back home.

I'd absolutely love to work with Darryl again and definitely recommend him to anyone.

What can I say about Mr Wikipedia and our absolutely awsome shoot...Darryl picked me up from the station right on time and we got a chance to talk on the way to his house.

He was wonderful and made me feel comfortable straight away....I wonder if it was because I could sense he was a gamer :p I spent most of the journey to his house trying to persuade him to come to reading social!

When i got to his house i was amazed at how many games he had! I was in Gamer heaven!!!

We spent most of the time laughing, making fun of each other...like when he tried to show me the back of the camra again and again, keeping in mind I never had my glasses on so I couldn't see anything he was showing me :p

We spent the time talking about games which was awsome and he would come up with these random facts about stuff that no one really cares about but I found it hilarious!

Did you know sonic was actually called Mr needle mouse?

Me neither haha but thanks to Mr Wikipedia I am now full of useless information hahaha :D

Honestly I loved the shoot both him and his girlfriend Katie were ace to hang out with! And the pictures we took! Darryl will be the next pp model for sure :p

Can't wait to shoot with these lovely people again! They were both awsome.

What a super day I had working with Darryl today. He is such a pleasure to work with, and a great photographer, capturing stunning images.

With the help of MUA, from what I had seen, the images look fabulous, and very edgy.

Darryl is very friendly and very easy to work with.

I would definitely recommend all to work with him as he captures something a little different, and very beautiful :)

I had a really fun shoot with Darryl at Saracen House studio. Darryl is freindly and easy to work with, he is full of good ideas for the shoot and works very hard; I was impressed with the amount of work put into this studio day with four models.

Darryl is an incredibly talented photographer and photo retoucher; the style of his work is unique and stands out. I think these are possibly my favorite images on my portfolio to date! He is extremely efficient at sending over edited images quickly.

I highly reccomend other models to work with Darryl and I would happily work with him again.

WOW WOW WOW and WOW! This man is not only a photographic genius but one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Darryl was so accommodating when I came to his home to shoot, happily put up with my boisterous daughter and made sure I had a hot drink in my hands at all time.

I came with a vague idea of what I wanted to get out of the shoot and Darryl gave me that and more! I can be a fussy B**** at the best of times but Darryl was so considerate of how I wanted the images to look like letting me do my own thing and it was one of the best collaborations Ive had in a long time.

I cannot wait to get another shoot in my diary ASAP.

Also he sent a lot of beautiful edits the same day! (What a god send).

I cannot recommend this guy enough, if your lucky enough to shoot with him then do it!

Darryl & I had been talking about this shoot for a while and the date finally arrived :)

I wanted to try something different, but I still wanted Darryl's take on it and I think we managed that.

I arrived and was greeted warmly with a cuppa and a nice chat, then we got going. It was a very relaxed shoot with quite a few laughs along the way. Darryl was experimenting with a Prism and the results that I saw on the back of camera were really cool and weird :) we explored both my ideas and his and the results are certainly something different for both our portfolios.

Darryl is a lovely guy to work with, so relaxed, so grounded so professional (although he would probably deny this) and great both technically and ideas wise.

Thanks for a great shoot, hope to work together again some time and he is definitely recommended by me :)

Wow!!! Had another amazing shoot with Darryl. This time we did a complete mixture! We managed to do a bit of location, boudoir, fashion and beauty in a short space of time. The results I have received so far are awesome, absolutely love them and completely different to what I have already.

Darryl also, was professional, extremely easy to get along with, made sure I was comfortable and fed/watered.

Thank you once again for an enjoyable shoot and I definitely hope it was not the last. If you get a chance, work with Darryl.

Having admired his work for a long time, and talked about arranging something together for ages, I finally got the opportunity to shoot with Darryl. I was really happy that he agreed to shoot me in my heavily pregnant, whale like state, and capture the end of my pregnancy!

Darryl was an absolute pleasure to work with - laid back, easy to talk to, accommodating, professional yet friendly.

He is a very talented guy, and I am really pleased with the images, which were share with me very quickly.

Highly recommended!!!!!

Poppy Radcliffe

I'd been looking forward to shooting with Darryl for ages. When the day came I was a little nervous as I hadn't had a shoot for a few weeks and was feeling a bit out of practice, but Darryl was so lovely and relaxed the nerves quickly faded.

He had loads of ideas, I particuarly enjoyed bracing against the wind and chasing after the reflector several times and taking long exposure images to get a sense of movement, they were so fun to do and worked excellently.

Finally I got to try my hand at relaxed, happy boudoir images. A genera I'd not done much of before. I am stunned by the images and want more.

Lovely guy, great photographer, I highly recommend and hope to work with him again some day.
