So up to now Richard and I have tended to shoot for single days at a tie and got gallons of lovely sets out of it: this time we planned to break the shoot up running over two days with a view to catch some sunrise shots at a location local to the stunning base apartment that we were working from: despite the fact that the sunrise did turn out to be less spectacular and more overcast it was the best improvised session we could have hoped for because literally everything we got our teeth stuck into led to amazing results! :D They say preparation is the key to success and it's true: Richard was so well prepared for our adventure out into the forest and also prepared for plan B's when the light was playing the changing game... nonetheless we worked with what mother nature gave us and jumped on the opportunity as and when the sun came through - Richard was fantastic! I know it can be quite chaotic to the camera settings when the sun suddenly blasts in and out and then in and then out again but literally Richard was so chilled and just look it in his strike working to the conditions and capturing some absolutely stunning images. :) For the location work in particular, I have to give Richard utmost credit for figuring it all out in advance, when he picked me up from the station and we started talking about the plan of attack he already had a fantastic knowledge of where to go and all the best beauty spots having scouted them in advance.

We also did some more indoors work in the apartment with a little mix of the usual styles we shoot plus some new ideas too and it was the usual dose of fun and productivity. :D Richard has a very organised eye for what he wants to create and explains ideas in such a way that I just instantly know what he is trying to achieve now. We bounce off each other as we're getting through the sets and you can tell we have worked together dozens of times because we're reading each others minds now on where to go next with ideas. :) The balance of natural light and fill that Richard uses always gives a beautiful quality to his work and he will always make sure it's right putting lot's of effort into making the images pop when you review them back. He's a very creative person at heart and you can tell how passionate he is about his work by the care and attention he puts into everything, he'll tender to every detail that can make or break the shot working with the models he shoots as a team to bring out positive yield all round. We have always had a blast working together and lot's of success with our shoots but I di feel that this one was superb and one whereby everything fell into place despite what we thought was going to prove a challenge with the weather etc. It makes every once of difference as well that Richard is such a gent and so easy to get along with so the time does fly and the rapport just fits into place: I was well looked after when I stayed at the apartment and received the standard amazing courtesy and light hearted laughs which are always a perk of our shots! :D

I greatly look forward to working together again soon (as always) and have (again) very high regards and recommendations for Richard.

A long overdue second shoot with Richard and worth the wait entirely. It reminded me just how much creativity and variety he can capture in a session playing around with both ambient light and controlled; Richard knows exactly what he wants to achieve from a shoot and does his thing so brilliantly. :)

In the pre-shoot communications there is never a stone left unturned, I am always prepping with ease because his instructions are fabulously helpful. It has always been really lovely venues that we shoot from (Richard certainly does not do things by half!) On the day you just know it is going to be a complete and utter blast because you're already charged up for it, the difference when working with a photographer who is clearly passionate about their work is phenomenal. :D Nothing got in our way, not even the sun doing crazy changes could prevent the lovely shots from flowing.

One thing is for sure and that is how much of a ball models will have shooting with Richard, he has the best gentlemanly character but is good fun as well so an enjoyable booking is a solid guarantee! Four hours feels like two, literally! We had lots of ideas to work on but so many were working so well that we just kept losing track of time. We now have our third shoot lined up and I cannot wait, Richard has sourced another epic location... it is going to be magic!

Richard and I worked together recently during a visit he made up to Yorkshire; we shot at his beautiful country cottage covering a range of concepts and ideas from stylised portraiture with stunning jewellery through to artistic nude in the grounds of the cottage. Richards outstanding communications from the early stages of arrangements are certainly to be credited and the shoot itself - from the very beginning his professionalism throughout was absolutely second to none. I cannot stress how highly I recommend this lovely gentleman.

As a photographer, Richard bestows the most passionate dedication to achieving stupendous results. His inspirational creative eye combined with a desire to build the picture to perfection piece by piece makes working with him a complete delight; every separate style venture was an exciting pursuit and Richards determination to conquer technical challenges to see a vision through is utterly refined.

Finally - Richard is not only kind, reverent with an extremely courteous approach towards models but he is an absolute pleasure to be accompanied by. We enjoyed a great deal of laughs with what was a superb rapport and I very much look forward to working with him again.

Richard is an extremely pleasant and talented photographer. I had the pleasure of shooting with him today at a stunning cottage location with access to beautiful gardens and woods surrounding. Richard was professional and accommodating at all times, and I got to wear some of his stunning jewellery pieces. Yesterday I went to Brigstock which is a lovely little town. I got to shoot with Richard who is a fantastic photographer. We had a good afternoon and, I got to wear some of the loveliest jewellery. I applaud Richard for his devotion to photography as well as in general.

I would love to shoot with him again and had a lovely afternoon shooting some really great images! looking forward to seeing them and working with him again!
