Went back to Derek for my forth shoot and as always it was lovely. He has the most amazing garden for shooting in. Pre-shoot coms were great with a fabulous Pinterest inspiration board. Great photographer, excellent guy, always a pleasure to shoot with

Had a shoot today and what a gent, was my first shoot back behind the camera in a while but he was lovely. We laughed and joked and I felt at ease the whole time. Had a sneaky view at some of pictures we got but can’t wait to see the end results.

We had a mood board to reference back to as and when and to try different things but I’d definitely recommend. Thanks for being so accommodating. I would love to work together again.

Derek is an absolutely lovely gentleman, I thoroughly enjoyed our shoot together and I am highly impressed by the images we got!

Felt completely relaxed around him, he didn't mind my absolutely atrocious coffee making and was a very obviously skilled photographer, I'd really love to work together again :)

Im absolutely thrilled with the images that we created on our shoot this week they are faboulous! Derek is amazing to work with really professional punctual polite and really knows his stuff. Pre comms were awesome he created a pinterest board so we knew exactly what we wanted to shoot. The 1930/40s hollywood images are truly amazing. Highly reccomend Derek to anyone

I had the pleasure of shooting with Derek today . He had printed out mood boards for us to work from. In the allocated time there was no way we could shoot them all. So I took over the shoot lol . I decided that we’d shoot the quick easy stuff so that Derek had a selection of images .pre shoot comms were excellent. Recommended by lil ole me

I got the amazing opportunity to shoot with Derek this week! It was a short shoot, but Derek had a clear style in mind, so it was easily executed. Even with time constraints, he gave excellent instructions and was so much fun to work with. His experience and professionalism is only matched by his easygoing and fun nature. Having not shot for ages, I headed up to Derek's for a shoot. Such a lovely guy and fabulous results, trying to make a tightrope shot was particularly interesting. I've worked with Derek three times now and have always had a great time and excellent results. Highly recommended, now I just have the difficult task of choosing which to use.

I had a wonderfull shoot with Derek, his pre shoot comms were excellent, we shared ideas and i was able to turn up at his delightful home armed with a bag full of items ready to shoot with. He is accommodating, genuine and a true gent. His photographic knowledge is superb, i adored his collection of vintage cameras he is truly committed to his passion. We had a varied shoot capturing quite a few different looks. I received the first set of edits within 24 hours and am keen to try other images we didn't get round to capturing. I am very pleased he is so local as i would love to shoot with him again (lucky me) Highly recommended ;)

At last a chance to shoot with Derek again after a two year gap! As before he was friendly, professional and gave superb direction whilst we had a good moan about getting old! My second shoot with Derek was a blast and full of variety. We had a series of inspiration pictures in wildly different styles and went thought creating our own version thereof.

I started off flying, then lost and confused outside in a nighty before thinking a naked lie down in the leaves was a good idea. It then started to rain and we headed inside for some vintage Hollywood glamour and translucent fabric and finished off with punky stripes.

He is a joy to work with and a fantastic photographer. I hope it's not our last shoot.

Had a great shoot with Derek, he has such an amazing house to shoot at, including his own private mini lake, which was fabulous. Lots of ideas, gave me the freedom to pose on my own but was also great at providing direction to get the shot perfect. I can't wait to see the results.
