I had the pleasure of working with Denisa Strakova last year in May. I answered her casting call when she was coming to Los Angeles. I was able to get the studio reserved had everything set. All the pre shoot communications went well and by the time the shoot day came I felt I had known Denisa for a long time and were ready to work. Denisa was an excellent model we got many excellent images and I was able to try many new things as well. Working with Denisa was fun and a great learning experience. She is a professional and hard working model that helps you get excellent images of her. Its been almost a year after our shoot, but I go back and keep finding more images to work with. I recommend working with Denisa, you will get great results and will be editing them for a long time after your shoot.

Denisa is a very kind and a very professional model. Preshoot communication was in English with no problems at all. She really put effort in making this photoshoot happen. She did a great job with her make up showing really well blended shadows in her eyelids and posing was a charm. Her wardrobe is of real good taste for lingerie and fashion nude accessories. I got amazing pictures thanks to her suggestions in location, composition and lightning. She was very patient with me fighting with my cameras and she really went off her way to make my ideas come to life in the shoot. I'm super happy, had a great time and can only recommend her! Denisa surprised me with a lovely shoot in an empty factory hall in the Netherlands. Coming with a great variety of poses and hard work there was a lot of choice once editing. No reason to hesitate when you like to to work together.

When Denisa was on tour (in Holland) I took up the chance to work with her and booked her for a two-hour session at a rental studio. We went through several set-ups efficiently, making it a productive afternoon.

What struck me most about Denisa is that she is in it for nude art. Don't bother when you are after portraits, as she stated herself: "It is not about my face, it is about my body." And how good she makes use of her body!

Denisa might not have a background in dance / ballet, but is capable of standing 'en pointe' on her ballet shoes. She is really willing to put in a lot of effort, up to the point where it becomes painful. Upon hearing that, I immediately ended the ballet part of our shoot. There was plenty of other stuff that we could do and in fact did together.

I attended a fine art nude workshop in Stockholm where Denisa was the model and I was absolutely blown away by her professionalism, her presence and ability to give every shoot strong poses and the perfect angles.

Denisa is very athletic and would give you fantastic poses in a endless flow and that was great for a ws like this one.

I would love to work with Denisa again if I had the opportunity and highly recommend working with her. :-)

I've shot with Denisa twice (so far) last time when I booked her for 2 days of Sculptural art nude workshops. Preshoot communication is very good. Denisa is on the spot in good time and so easy to work with. But her modeling skill, I can just say WOW! Many of my participants had preconceived ideas on poses, but when the discovered what Denisa really could do with her body most people just struggled to keep up. With a strong background in Gymnastick, a long slender and very muscolous body she can do things that defy physics - and does them constantly. For sculptural nudes it just doesn't get better than this (until next time you shoot with her). Highly recommended and will shoot with her any time out paths cross again.
