This place just gets better. Chris had decked the halls with festive baubles and was ready when we all arrived.

Excellent communications both pre and post shoot. We all know a text to confirm is useful, and supportive. I arrived a little early but was still welcomed with a cuppa and a lick from the guard dog!

As always the place was clean and tidy, and warm, which is good when models have to be partially dressed.

My preferred working place now.

I had my second full day shoot at Denby Starr Studio last weekend, the place is amazing, well maintained with good natural light plus Bowens studio Flash units and modifiers when required. I would recommend this studio to all photographers and models whatever level you are at. I will certainly be shooting there again. Tony

Great place to shoot. Clean. Great host. Easy to find. Has a variety of settings, along with backdrops and lighting equipment. Will be using it again.

I know I've left feedback for this studio before; but I've just got home from my second time there; and felt I had to comment again. This is by far my favourite studio at the moment. There are so many different nooks and crannies to shoot in; and the props are fantastic. Chris changes the sets regularly, so the finished content looked as though I hadn't been in the same studio twice. I noticed today that the changing room (Which is clean, tidy and of more than ample size for a messy person like me) has a rail with a vast collection of costumes and outfits which the studio users are welcome to use. This was very helpful for our shoot today. Chris brought us some swiss roll and orange squash, helpe out with the lighting and left us to our own devices. He's such a lovely guy :) Thank you once again. I can't recommend you highly enough.

For the 1st time i went to denby star studio. I was very impressed. The house it's great clean spacious with lots of different sets. The owner it's so nice friendly and welcoming. He lookafter us do good and i would deffinitlyy recommend that studio i to other model s and photographers. Deffinitlyy! Thnks so much x

Thank you SO much for today. You were so helpful when I was running around like a headless chicken. Little touches like bringing us a jug of pop really made all the difference; oh, and setting up the lighting; which I'm terrible at!. I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again and I'll be recommending it to everyone. What a beautiful place; and so tidy! The sets are stunning, especially the red velvet and gilt throne. I wanted to steal it :)

Well where do I start?

This was my 1st Shoot in a studio and I had never used lighting before or had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful model. To say I was a little nervous driving to Denbystarr studio would be an understatement.

But Wow what an amazing place to shoot, the owners made me very welcome and showed me the different shooting areas of a beautiful laid out property. They soon put my mind to rest and made me feel at ease.

They were incredibly helpful with setting the lighting up and explaining the different effects as well as what f. stop and shutter speed to use with the aid of a light meter which I greatly appreciated.

The model for the day was Lucystarr and what a beautiful stunning lady who was immaculately turned out with hair make up and an array of clothing to get the shots I was looking for. Lucystarr posed without direction, which was a blessing as I didn’t know where to start and I give me plenty of amazing shots

Both the owns and Paul give me great advice and left me a little more knowledgeable than when I stared.

I would recommend Denbystarr studio to everyone along with Lucystarr an absolutely amazing model to work with.

I would like to thank you all for an amazing morning will certainly work with you all again.

Second time I have shot at DenbyStarr now. I'm not really a studio shooter but this place ticks all the boxes any photographer could wish for. Will 110% be shooting again here

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to work at this studio for the first time.

For me this studio offers the best of both worlds the facilities of well equipped studios, but with the opportunities and flexibility of a location shoot.

Having a range of rooms and gardens the location is ideal for the creative photographer, offering great locations and props to facilitate great images.

As a venue for group events the Studio offers a comfortable environment to both work and to relax between shooting.

For me this studio comes highly recommended to all photographers looking to do one to one shoots or group events.

Had another really great shoot at Denby Starr studios today - used the fetish room today and it is a well kitted out room with some awesome equipment - a defo must for anyone who fancies a walk on the wild side!

I shot for a full day at this venue, I was greeted by Chris who showed me round and offered to move any of the props if I wanted them elsewhere. The venue is a large house on two stories, the rooms are spacious with two usable staircases. Downstairs is vast and mostly open plan on two levels. there is an abundance of natural light in all the areas, there are Bowens studio lights, stands and plenty of modifiers and also triggers for using your own speed lights if you wish.

The place is clean and tidy, well decorated and the fittings and props are all of a high standard and in excellent condition. I enjoyed my shoot and the possibilities for great images are endless, I would have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to shoot for all photographers and I will definitely be shooting here again. Had an all day 8-hour shoot (with two models) at Denby Starr Studio on Sunday 5 April 2015. All went really well. This is a great studio and Chris could not have been more helpful.

I really enjoyed the whole day and I will work at Denby Starr Studio again soon.

Thoroughly recommended.

Got to work at a absolutely beautiful home yesterday and would reccomend to anyone.

Despite miscommunication and mix ups, the studio was clean and tidy with a great deal of natural lighting and studio lighting if you need it.

Me and Sailor J got some beautiful shots here and would gladly come again!

Worked for the first time with the lovely Lucystarr at DenbyStarr Studio.

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel very welcome being greeted by Chris (owner)

The studio is based around a high quality home with lots of areas and some very special rooms and props. Plenty of different sets, lots of space and large windows letting in plenty of natural light.

It's great for natural light and also has a good selection of equipment.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND the studio and their resident model Lucy and can't wait to shoot there again.

I used Denby Starr Studio for the first time yesterday & it wont be the last. More than a studio...a fantastic location, super sets & quality lighting combined the help me get the shots I was looking for. Chris & Paul were more than accommodating & helpful but gave us the space to work in to. A proper Yorkshire gem. I'll be back next year...without doubt. Thanx
