One of a photographic camera’s inert abilities, is to freeze a moment in time… to grab fraction of a second, perhaps of movement and extend it indefinitely. A video camera, on the other hand, grabs a series of fractional moments, and records them in sequence so they can be replayed and show movement… not just a tiny fraction of a moment.
