I cannot speak any higher of this gentleman.

We had an outdoors shoot yesterday and in less than 2 hours we managed to get some amazing shots.

I’ve never shot around the location he chose for us and it was great. He has a truly lovely nature as well :)

I felt relaxed and at ease from the moment we met.

Very very highly recommended by me and I sincerely hope to work with again soon!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with dean yesterday and it was such an amazing start to hopefully a new career for me!

He was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I also now see him as a friend he has helped me so much and I couldn’t be more greatful to have such a wonderful experience on my first shoot!

I had a shoot with Dean during my Studio Day at Big Shot Studio.

Upon arrival, he was friendly, professional, creative and polite.

Dean made sure I had small breaks when needed too.

I thoroughly enjoyed chatting and creating images together.

We managed to get a good handful of sets done in the time that we had and we are happy with the results.

It was a complete pleasure to shoot with him and time went by very fast!

I shot with Dean last Tuesday just before lock down at NLS with fellow model and friend Artemis Fauna.

Dean is a super lovely person to work with, made me feel comfortable right from the start.

Dean is great company and we had lots of laughs throughout the shoot.

Dean got some fab images of me and Artemis, it was great to work as a team between us 3, aswell as having fun and feeling relaxed too, great shoot😊

I last saw Dean in July 2019 while I was on tour in the MK area so it was fabulous to catch up with him again on this last minute duo shoot Carla and I sorted just before lock down!

Dean brought us both some gifts which was super sweet! Thank you for that treat! So kind :)

We had a fab four hours shooting. We, of course, chatted a lot as we always do- but we all got SO much done in the time and worked our way through so many different ideas and genres!

A lovely shoot and can't wait to see more images from the day go up!

Where do I begin...

Dean was easily one of (if not) my favourite photographers to work with EVER. He bought gifts (a first for me!), was so friendly, polite, hilarious yet professional all at the same time.

The shoot absolutely flew by, and he was really fun and positive. He is clearly very experienced and talented, and was an absolute joy to work with.

It’s very rare I thoroughly feel like I’m not working when shooting, but with Dean it felt like relaxing with an old friend. He is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met through Purpleport and I’d happily work with him again over and over.

Honestly don’t know where to start with Dean, other than he is my all time favourite photographer to work with. From start to finish he has me laughing & feeling comfortable, with great ideas & more than anything, the friendliest personality.

I think my forever favourite part about our shoots is his willingness (even when it scares the life out of him) to let me get creative. He knows my loves for climbing derelict buildings and without fail always has great ones set for the shoots.

Most definitely the hardest goodbye I’ll have to say in the shooting world when I leave for NZ but I’ll be back simply to ensure we can shoot together again.

Amazing comma. Friendly and an all round awesome guy. Highly recommend

I had a great first shoot with Dean last week.

Dean was very welcoming and offered me a beverage before we started, we both then sat down and had a chat about the shoot and got to know each other better. He is very organised, has great ideas and great personality and sense of humour.

Dean is very professional, easy going and fun person to work with and we are already arranging a 2nd shoot!

I can't wait to see the images, I'm certain we got some outstanding shots!

I finally got to work with this wonderful man!

Deans pre comms were excellent and he kindly picked me up from the station :)

We shot on location and the time just flew by as Dean is so great to be around, easy to talk to, down to earth and made me feel super relaxed and confident.

I love the images we got!!! Dean is a accomplished and skilled photographer so it was an honour modelling for him.

I recently got to catch up with the lovely Dean on my last tour.

It was so nice to see Dean again after quite a few months- I know he had a pretty rough year so (as usual) we had a great catch up first, then got onto shooting...well, in between all the chatting we always do! LOL!

Dean is so lovely, a good listener, hilarious and very kind. We shot loads of ideas in the few hours we had...BUT I'm still kicking myself for not doing some Back of cams from our shoot- the time just flew by!! :(

I had a great shoot with Dean. He was recommended to me by Nicole Rayner and I’m very happy she did. Dean has lots of great ideas and knows how to bring them to life. He is excellent with pre-communications, he made the whole process of arranging the shoot very easy and I knew exactly what I needed to bring etc. Dean knows some incredible locations and was very kind to pick me up and drop me home. We had a great time shooting and had a great chat. Dean is very easy to get along with and I really enjoyed our shoot.

I finally got to work with Dean on my studio day @ big shot studio!

Dean was an absolute dream to work with! He’s super chilled, friendly, chatty and puts you at ease straight away.

The shoot went really well and we covered a nice range of styles/genres. Dean is extremely easy to get on with and is very respectful.

Big Shot Studio

Dean is a lovely friendly guy who recently attended one of our studio model days hosted by Serenity. Dean was professional throughout his shoot and had great banter with the model making her feel totally comfortable, he managed to get some great shots of Serenity from what I saw on the back of the camera.

Dean is an easy guy to talk too, he is friendly and has good knowledge of photography as well as studio lighting. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dean to other studios or models and as I have said before he is always welcome here.

Big Shot Studio

Dean hired our studio out last week and we found him to be very friendly and courteous. Dean is familiar working within a studio environment and was able to be left alone in the studio working with all the facilities without any assistance. On completion of his shoot he tidied up after himself and left the place as he found it. I would be happy to recommend Dean to other studios and I look forward to seeing him soon at one of our modelling events.
