References for Davie Gilfillan

I had my first shoot with Davie yesterday. We planned for a martial arts shoot to showcase my forms and some weaponry.

We spent a few weeks chatting before meeting so I knew exactly what to expect on the day of the shoot.

The studio Davie booked was fantastic. He arrived on time and spent some time chatting to myself and my chaperone before beginning the shoot.

Davie was very kind and also offered me some advice for my future in modelling which I appreciated.

The shoot was very relaxed and I had a great time.

I had seen the raw images on the back of the camera and I can tell that I will get some great images back.

Highly recommend working with Davie and hope to work with him again in the future.

I had my first shoot with davie two days ago he turned up early and told me what he had planned for the shoot we started shortly after that davie also showed me some of the pictures he had taken of me and what can I say I was very pleased with what I had seen he’s a very lovely man to work with and I can’t wait to see the rest of his work from our shoot 😊

Had a late night shoot with Davie, seemed lovely to work with and got some shots although the shoot had to be cut short as we were shooting in the dark and a car decided to pull up so it was good thing I had a chaperone with me and Davie was very respectful... I would be delighted to work with Davie again :)

It was our first shoot together with Davie, and his first shoot of the year which I feel honoured to work on ☺ he came up with a brilliant idea of shooting on a train, communication was spot on and we knew exactly what we wanted to work on. Other than missing the return train (oops) we had great time, took amazing shots if I say so myself, and I really hope we'll work on many more interesting projects together in the future!

I had my first shoot with Davie and could not have asked it to go better!

Davie made me feel very at ease with our shoot which was very important considering it was outside in Durham at 10:30pm in a bikini!

We got some amazing images and I have been very happy with the quality of them, a quick turn over with image exchange as well which is always very much appreciated.

The pre convos where very detailed and explained what he wanted from the shoot and addresses for the locations we would be going make me feel very safe.

I would highly recommend working with Davie for models of all levels!

Shooting with Davie was awesome. Playing with the lighting and the shadows. The photos i saw from the back of the camera looked amazing and I can't wait to see the results. Definitely recommend!

Had my 2nd shoot with Davie and enjoyed our Theme. Great pre communication and a lot of ideas and planning to achieve what we wanted to. Really enjoyed the shoot was good fun. It was something I havent done before and really cant wait to see the results. Davie is a great guy and very helpful. I trust him and his work. Would work with him anytime again.

Today was my second shoot with Davie - an outdoor witch-themed one that combines my interest in the occult, with being outdoors and naked. His wife was a lovely conversation partner and really helped with suggesting locations along the way. The location was wonderful and weather pleasantly warm without being too uncomfortable. We got off plenty of great shots, and I'm enthused by what I saw in the back of the camera. Would definitely recommend and work with again :)

This was my first time shooting with Davie at the Mayfield Studio and it was great to shoot with him. We agreed to a motto and i brought a good choice of outfits and we decided which we will shoot in. He was very considerate and made sure I was ok. I had fun and enjoyed our work together. This was my first time shooting with Davie, he'd approached me with an idea with another model and was incredibly friendly from the beginning. On the shoot he was more than professional and very polite. He was very considerate to both me and the other model and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. I had a fantastic shoot with him and once the photos began to emerge, I was more than impressed with the result. I would recommend Davie to anyone and would jump at the chance to shoot with him again

a friendly, approachable photography! on my 1st shoot with him, he had a great idea to use a roller derby theme and we had a great time! professional, creative and the finished images speak for themselves! highly reccomended to all, and cannot wait to work with him again in the future!
