References for Dave Turner

NS Photo & Media (Aka Embankment Studio)

First time having Dave along to Embankment Studio, and instantly I was impressed with his previous work and his passion for photography. Dave is friendly, easy going and very professional in his approach. I look forward to having Dave back at the Studio soon.

Big Shot Studio

Dave attended the studio today for the first time and I found him to be a really friendly guy with an obvious passion for his photography. Dave was familiar with working in a studio setting and was able to work alone creating his own lighting set ups for all the sets he worked on. He was respectful of the model and the studio environment and was professional throughout his shoot. Dave is a talented photographer and has a great eye for a good image, he knows how to work with and use light to create the images he wants. I would be happy to recommend Dave to other studios and models and he is certainly more than welcome to come back here anytime.

Absolutely loved how chilled he was and a cracking photographer too.

Lady Elite

We finally did it!! A full shoot with no hiccups well maybe apart from my outrageous hair misbehaving

It was fun, silly and relaxed like every shoot should be.

He produced some very cool stuff despite the small space but we all love a challenge

I only got to have a super quick shoot with Dave today before the heavens opened but thought I would leave a quick note anyway.

Dave was brilliant fun to meet, and he was happy to let me guide the way. We managed to snap a few quick shots before running for shelter, he was lovely enough to not make me stand out in the pouring rain.

What I saw of the few images we got looked great, hopefully I will get to shoot with him again soon and I can leave a much fuller reference next time.

I had a really enjoyable shoot with Dave today at my house, well what can I say.. a really lovely friendly person to be around who made me feel completely comfortable at all times and was so easy to get along with. He has a really good eye and takes fantastic pictures, he showed me along the way and even edited some on breaks which was really nice!

I can't recommend him enough, lovely person and a creative photographer!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dave at a group shoot yesterday.

We went to find a good location past the river (in the New Forest) and I liked the fact Dave knew what sort of shots he wanted. He's a really nice guy, would always help me through the mud when I was in heels!

He explained different lighting to me too, showing me different shots he'd taken at the time.

He's a very clever photographer and so easy to talk to. He edited some photos and put them online that evening, which I was really pleased about as I couldn't wait to see some!

I hope I get to work with him again in the future, and I would highly recommend him.

Dave came to one of my organised shoots with some Husky dogs yesterday and 3 gorgeous models. We had an amazing time and can already see that Dave produced some great images of the day by his portfolio. Dave paired up with Mark Anthony. They worked well together with Dave assisted Mark who was slightly less experienced in the type of shoot we were on.

I can thoroughly recommend Dave who is a very talented photographer and likes sharing ideas.

I met Dave on a group shoot in the New Forest shooting 3 models and a pack of huskies.

Straight from the outset Dave was friendly and helpful. His vast experience showed on the day and is also reflected in his stunning images.

This was my second shoot with Dave, this time whilst I was staying in Surrey .

Shoots with Dave are always fun filled, chatty and an absolute pleasure to partake in .

We tried several sets and styles and I know we produced some great images .

I'm very pleased with the shoot I had with Dave & the communication before/ during the shoot, his input & organization skills. Booked a lovely studio for us and despite the unexpected wardrobe malfunctions and lighting issues Im still happy we did it! I had the pleasure of working with Dave for the first time on my recent tour of London and Kent. Dave had wanted to work with me for quite a time and it was great to finally get together and work on a vaery varied range of images . We were both happy to go with the flow and I know we shot some fantastic images taking advantage of the glorious weather and the cottage location we were working in.

Communications pre shoot were spot on and I am more than happy to recommend Dave.

I look forward to seeing some of the images and hope to shoot with Dave again in the not too distant future, he all ready has a few ideas up his sleeve :-)

I was lucky enough to shoot with Dave again recently - initially at my home, and later at a location nearby. Despite my dragging him through the woods and making him late leaving, Dave remained his wonderful, warm and lovely self throughout. We got some great images once again, and I am already hoping that we will shoot together again soon. An absolute pleasure :)
