One of my creative signature shots i sometimes request a bride and groom to model in on their wedding day
I direct the subjects by connecting with them and building a prior trust relationship before the big day and ask if they want the best from their images on the day and if so they need to put complete trust in what im asking of them. I will then pose the couple and chat giving them the midset of the vision i have for the shot and it works every time.
Marc & Meg here nailed this, considering they wasn't fully comfortable in front of the lens when we met around 6 months back and i suggested they first come and do an engagement shoot i managed to bring out the very best in and for them.
