About Me:

I was a part-time professional photographer for quite a few years prior to Covid-19.  But my studio, purpose-built in the garden, shared facilities with the house and so a succession of lock-downs put a stop to that.  Post Covid I retired completely and thought that was the end of my involvement in photography….. But I find that I’m missing the creative side of things and I’ve decided to continue shooting, purely for the enjoyment of that creativity.  Prior to Covid I tended to work with my wife. She will generally be around, now concentrating on other artistic media, and depending upon the shoot she may wish to be involved both in design, shooting and post-prod.

What I shoot:

My photography is about capturing an image that I, or the model, have in our heads rather than just photographing a person, although that does come into it of course. 

My collaborations are best suited to models who feel they’re missing that “something a little different” shot or for models who are looking to build a distinctive portfolio

You’ll see from my references that every single shoot has been fun and worthwhile.

Travel-wise to us, public transport isn't the best but there are three rail stations which I am always happy to pick up from (Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford) as well as anywhere within around 15 miles of us.
