I'm an amateur, this is, for me, just a hobby and I like shoots to be relaxed and fun. With a few years experience now it's nice to fit in a shoot once in a while.
I use this and similar sites to look for models I'd like to shoot and do not view castings or respond to 'like your work' messages.
I have my own lighting equipment that I am very comfortable using, as well as natural light and look to models who work from home in the first instance.
