I had the pleasure of shooting with Dave for the first time at his charming home and studio.

Dave is polite, friendly and very welcoming. He has a fantastic ability to capture the essence of a person.

We worked with film and wet plates, which was a very interesting process for myself to learn about.

I am looking forward to working with Dave again in his new studio.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave at his studio, Wildgrass Studio, Wester Lix, Killin again doing some digital, wet plate and film artistic nude and erotic styles.

This sadly is most likely to be our last shoot at Dave's wonderful studio in Killin as Gill his lovely wife and him are moving house so the next shoot we do will be at a new space.

Dave has such a creative mind and is a very professional and talented photographer with a great personality to match. We always have a good laugh and a relaxed shoot but at the same time work at a good pace together with Dave having the ability to shoot such a wide range of different photography you end up producing such amazing works together. Switching from wet plate to digital and then doing some film at the end was really fun and kept us on our toes. Dave has them all down to a fine art and is so experienced and skilled at all of them. I loved the plates we did this time around also and watching them come to life.

Kindly coming to collect me half way and dropping me off as Dave was going to Perth anyway which was very appreciated and I had such a wonderful day once again.

Dave has the ability to turn a simple pose into something magical to view and I love that about him. Do not miss out on the chance to work with Dave.

Highly recommended to all creatives. We produced yet again some absolutely amazing images.

I had a wonderful shoot with Dave at his studio in Killin. I was fascinated by his wet plate photography and very excited to work with him creating some fine art nudes.

Our time passed way too quickly but we managed to get some great shots in the time we had and produce some excellent work!

Dave was professional and friendly and explained the process to me in great detail, letting me help out with the wet plates which I really enjoyed.

I hope to work with him again in the future and highly recommend him to other models!

Had a great first shoot with Dave on my 2017 Scotland tour. We had chatted a few times before and finally managed to arrange something near the beautiful town of Stirling! What a day - it went by so quickly. Despite it being super cold, I was exceedingly well looked after, and given the fact we were working with Wetplate Collodian, Dave was very conscious to make sure all shots were set up properly before I came in for the final frames.

I really enjoyed our shoot, and I hope we can shoot again when I'm up in Scotland end of May 2018.

I very much enjoyed my second shoot with Dave at his studio, Wildgrass Studio, Wester Lix, Killin continuing with some artistic nude styles digitally but concentrating on the wet plate photography style that Dave is so skilled at and we had yet again another extremely productive session with such exquisite results.

We did a much longer shoot this time and it was a really fun day which just flew by. Dave kept me warmed up with coffee all day and worked so hard getting exactly what we set out to achieve. He kindly came and picked me up from the bus stop and also Dave and his wife Gill are so welcoming.

His pre shoot communications were fantastic so before and during shooting he explains exactly what he is looking for with no hesitations with direction or hearing your ideas also. He is also great at styling and lighting making you fall in love with the images he takes. There is something very special about each one.

So highly recommended to everyone. It is such a pleasure to be able to work with this lovely person and talented photographer and I cannot believe the results we have had in only two sessions which tells me we are going to have some fabulous future shoots. Do not miss a shoot with this friendly and extremely creative artist.

It was a real pleasure to work with Dave for the first time at his studio, Wildgrass Studio, Wester Lix, Killin and I really enjoyed meeting and working with such an experienced, wonderful photographer and artist.

Dave introduced me to wet plate photography and I am in love with it now. It was a real joy to do something new and it is such an exciting process which was great to learn about and be involved in as the model. Our time working together was short but we achieved some outstanding results and I highly look forward to our next shoot together.

Dave was so energetic, full of ideas, a complete gentleman, kind, and we had a nice relaxed time shooting. The time we had went so quickly I could not believe it.

His communications leading up to and during our shoot were excellent giving fantastic direction whilst shooting.

Pre comms were great, with me coming up from England, we both remained rather flexible in regards to the date, but we finally set one!

Dave is a warm and welcoming guy, easy to work with and makes you feel relaxed!

My second shoot with Dave ...it's actually quite a hard reference to write , as I feel I can't say enough to do the experience justice ! I can honestly say he is one of the nicest people I have met and it's just lovely to spend a day shooting with him. Aside from this he is an excellent photographer ! I adore his work , it fires me up creatively , so helping to create images is wonderful . He is so easy to work with and I feel truly collaborative during the process . I love his creative ideas and I love that I can throw mine in too! There is nothing not to like , perfect to work with and I hope there are more opportunities to come .
