I worked with Dave for the first time during my studio day at Sowton Studio.

Dave has a great eye for taking amazing pictures.

He made me feel very comfortable during our shoot, he made the shoot so enjoyable from start to finish. Dave is kind, funny and a true gentlemen.

I have had such a fun and memorable shoot with Dave and I hope we will be able to work together again when I'll be back to the area.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dave to all the models out there. If you ever get an opportunity to work with him you should DEFINITELY take it as you will have a brilliant shoot with him. Not only is he nice and easy to talk to, but he is also a talented photographer!

So pleased to see Dave again for another super shoot, the weather was just so cold so we shot inside. Dave as always took some truly lovely images, not only is Dave good at taking images he is an incredibly lovely person who I like spending time with.

Dave is always interesting to talk to and always makes sure that I am comfortable and happy with the images he was taken.

I very much look forward to working with Dave again next year, he really is a pleasure to be with.

Dave attended a Beauty & Lighting workshop run by team black from Taunton.

He has visited the studio many times but this was the first on a workshop.

Dave has produced some great images with Roberto the model from Italy,

and interacted well with the other participants and I’m sure would have picked up a lot of useful information on this workshop to take his photographic journey to the next level.

I look forward to seeing him at the studio again in a couple of weeks..

We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Dave on multiple occasions, so when he booked on to a Beauty & Lighting Workshop with Italian model, Roberta, held at Sowton Studio, that we were hosting, we were thrilled! It was a workshop focusing on how to light a beauty and fashion shoot and this suited Dave perfectly. He isn't new to photography but is still eager to learn and have a good time, so he tried hard to work with the set ups and worked well with the other attendees, getting on famously with everyone! He was polite and professional with the model and was respectful of her at all times.

Dave has a real enthusiasm for photography and it really shows in his superb back of camera shots.

Highly recommended and we look forward to working with him again! Thanks for a wonderful shoot!

What can I say about Dave? That I haven’t already said? He is the kindest person out there – I don’t do that much modelling these days but I continue to work with Dave as he is my favourite. Working with him is such a collaboration now and so I think it brings out the very best Work I adore our time together And I can’t wait until I see Dave again he is one in 1 million.

🌟 another fab shoot with this incredible guy. Dave has a wonderful eye for details, especially when nature is involved. Pre-comms as usually were excellent, we selected a new location for us to see what we could capture. 🌟

I always love my time with Dave, a true gentleman, general legend and so thoughtful in all respects. Including thinking about the weather and my personal comfort.

The images I’m sure will be epic, never in any doubt in the quality I will receive.

I had the pleasure of his beautiful puppies on this shoot too. Oh my goodness they are truly cute and made me smile so much.

Dave, on to the next one (which is already booked in 😂) I’m very proud to call you a great family friend and advocate in my career.

So pleased to have another shoot with lovely Dave, I always look forward to working and creating great images out in nature with Dave and this time was no different, a super few hours outdoors with Dave, is a real tonic.

Dave is very relaxing company, he just lets you create and works his magic with his camera and always produces lovely images.

Dave is genuinely a lovely person and I regard him as a friend as well as his two lovely puppy dogs that were a pure delight.

Another wonderful shoot with the legend that is, Dave. This was number 12 on our photoshoot journey, starting to think we should have a book on the go. I always look forward to our shoots as they are fun, vibrant and always full of conversation. Lucky for us, we continue to capture some stunning images along the way too.

This shoot was nearly rained off, but we pursued and I’m so glad we did. Set at my home studio and then in the garden once the rain clouds cleared.

Dave has incredible camera equipment which he is always adding gadgets too - this time he used a new flash set up which was amazing.

Dave, you are as always a fantastic photographer with some wonderful ideas. I enjoy our time together and the friendship we have forged.

It’s only next week for our next planned shoot and I cannot wait.

I had another super shoot with Dave. I always look forward to spending time with him as he is so easy to get along with we always have lots to chat about and Dave is always friendly and considerate and he is very respectful and professional. Dave is genuinely a lovely person.

Dave is a great communicator and always knows what images he would like to capture. Dave is always happy to show me the back of the camera to see what we have created, I must say Dave, always manages to create beautiful images.

I am very grateful that I have met Dave, he truly is a good person with a lovely heart. I very much look forward to working with Dave again and I highly recommend working with him, you will have a lovely time.

A wonderful first shoot with Dave!

I had heard how much of a lovely chap Dave is from models and photographers in the area. So I was really pleased when he wanted to shoot with me!

We had a relaxed couple of hours around the quay shooting fashion and portrait. The pictures look beautiful, and I am super pleased with the result.

Dave brought his new canine friend Treacle along. Treacle was a little shy at first, but warmed up quickly and we soon became friends.

I absolutely recommend working with Dave. He’s friendly, relaxed and a very good photographer. Thank you for a lovely shoot :)

Dave organised a duo shoot in my home with myself and KatePoP and from his initial message through to saying goodbye his communications were excellent. During the shoot itself, he was polite, professional and friendly and we jumped straight into the shoot and worked our way around a few different sets in my home. I felt respected by Dave at all times and I felt very comfortable working with him.

Dave is very confident adjusting his camera setting as and when needed and took advantage of the natural light. He's got a great eye for photography which is clear to see and hes got a great rapport with the models he works with. He was once again super easy to work with and he was open to my ideas too.

I'd highly recommend Dave and look forward to shooting with him again.

Another fantastic shoot with Dave! This time we'd agreed to meet at the location. As always Dave's pre comms are spot on and he's reliable and punctual on the day.

We were very lucky with the weather, once again picking a lovely sunny day which made it even more enjoyable to wonder around our selected location.

Dave is so pleasant to work with, he's polite, professional, respectful and full of creativity and passion to create beautiful images.

I had my second shoot with Dave and had such a lovely time. He has such a chill, laidback and positive attitude, which is lovely to be around and makes him so easy to work with. He was more than happy for my friend to come along and he was more than happy to shoot despite the rain, and had even came prepared with an umbrella for me to borrow.

The shoot was for 2 hours but it felt like we'd only been there for 10 minutes as the time absolutely flew by. He is so interesting to listen to and working with him just feels like a fun, relaxed day out. Plus he is extremely complimentary which gives me an extra little confidence boost when I work with him.

The photos look absolutely incredible, I would have no doubt recommending him. Thank you, Dave! :)

Dave is a super caring, creative, chatterbox. We have such a great day whilst on shoot as we get on really well and work well together. Previously has given me a concept he'd like to create and I've styled it with my clothes and poses. He has an eye for detail, cracking choice of locations and produces high quality images. Just had a fantastic shoot on location with Dave - we’ve had a blast! Dave recommended some waterfalls to go along with the forest/ethereal vibes we’d discussed. It was a beautiful setting with too many choices!

As always Dave was a fantastic photographer, absolute gentleman and true professional. I can’t believe this was our 10th shoot together, they seem to fly round and the shoot is always great fun.

Dave, never stop being you! You are not only an ace human being, listening like a life long friend but incredibly kind at boosting my confidence when I need it.

I had a shoot with Dave yesterday at my land. This was the second time we've worked together and we had such a great first shoot that I was already really looking forward to it! Last time we worked from my house so I was especially looking forward to being outdoors!

Dave is very clear with his pre communication so you know exactly what you're going to be shooting before you even meet him, which makes it nice and easy to prepare.

Dave is very easy going, he likes to let the model to wear and pose as they feel comfortable. Dave is also respectful and professional, a true gentleman!

Dave is full of creative ideas, great fun to work with, reliable, punctual and professional. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's a great photographer and a truly lovely person who is becoming my friend.

I'm looking forward to our next shoot already and I can't wait to see the results from yesterday 😊

Me and Dave planned to shoot as part of my tour down in Plymouth,

Dave's precomms were excellent we had 4 options for places to shoot and we went to some local ruins, Dave sent clear instructions on how to get there and was polite and helpful when discussing the shoot .

On the shoot we made our way to the ruins and dave provided a changing tent for the outfit changes which is a massive plus for me as it shows he cares about the models privacy , Dave brought along lots of fabrics and props to the shoot aswell.

Dave was so lovely to shoot with, he was chatty and great with angles and showed me the back of camera regularly so I could see what images we had taken , Dave is a great photographer and we really got some amazing shots together.

I highly recommend Dave and can't wait to shoot with him again.
