The latest ever reference on my part for no other reason than life getting in the way. (Feeling stupendously guilty for how long the lovely Dan has had to wait).

I honestly cannot fault this wonderful guy.. we had a creative few hours working on a location close to me that Dan had travelled to specifically in order to make it happen. It couldn't have gone any better. The location aided our creative ideas perfectly and Dan captured some spectacular images!!!

I hope Dan had as much fun and got as much inspiration as I did.. and hopefully if he isn't too put off from how devastatingly LONG this reference has taken then I can only hope to work again together on something very soon.

Thanks for making me feel so at ease from start to finish Dan. I can't wait to finally get that beach shoot organised but in the mean time let's absolutely create more.

PERFECT!!

I am privileged to have been able to have worked with Dan on an incredible beach shoot in St Ives.

We were planning a shoot, and then Dan offered me a last minute opportunity to shoot with him in Cornwall, which has been one of the most enjoyable things I’ve ever done.

Everything about Dan takes his photography to the next level - his creativity and flair; ideas and themes; artistic eye; attention to detail; investment in equipment….. he is superbly skilled at what he does yet makes it seem easy.

He puts 200% effort in every step of the way. His communication and planning is terrific, ensuring to make the most of our time shooting. He is bursting with ideas and his brain is continually mulling things over on how to tweak things, and what to do next. Every aspect he carefully considers. It is quite remarkable to be in front of him, have him see something small which needs adjusting, to transform an excellent shot into a perfect one.

The execution of his plans is flawless and he delivers his best every time….. the results of which are extraordinary. Though he firmly believes that everything he does is an opportunity to keep learning and improving so that he only ever betters himself and his work.

Above all, Dan is a truly lovely person who couldn’t do enough for me. He genuinely cares about the people he works with, and my welfare was his utmost priority at all times.

The images we have produced are unbelievable, and there is no way I’d have managed it without Dan and his exceptional talent.

I have every confidence that we will continue to produce top quality work. I hugely look forward to working with Dan again and again.

I had an amazing day with Dan! We had something to eat and a chat before starting and built up loads of motivation for the shoot and the locations where shooting were absolutely beautiful. The photos were fantastic and so clear!! I couldn’t recommend Dan more I had an amazing shoot. He’s a lovely person and his photography speaks for itself.. definitely would shoot again!

I enjoyed a great first shoot with Dan at Scorpion Residence after he replied to a studio day casting based there. Sounds like he had been planning a long time and I'm glad he reached out to make it finally happen :-)

We worked through a range of looks, thoughtfully collaborating and refining the lighting and styles as we went, with fantastic results. He was professional, well organised, easy going, friendly, enthusiastic and full of positive feedback.

I'd happily work with Dan again, and hope we'll be able to sort something in the not-too-distant future.

My second shoot with Dan was a duo shoot with the delightful 888aligned. Once again, Dan had everything organised and had shared ideas and examples well in advance. He was, of course, every bit the professional and, once again, had really creative and artistic ideas. Although we shot all day the time flew by as we all had so much fun and I totally recommend him. Thank you for a tremendous day Dan - I just hope managing two chatty models has not put you off!

Really comfortable shoot with Dan at the weekend. He was professional, respectful, hardworking and really sharp eyed about small details that would make or break a shot, like hand shapes/angles. I worked with him together with KimD and it was lovely how we all just gelled. I would love to work with both again. I would 200% recommend Dan.

Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was very friendly and polite and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease throughout the entire shoot.

Dan is very passionate about what he does and came with loads of great ideas which he was able to communicate clearly to me and also give great direction where needed, he took on board my ideas too and anything I suggested he was more than happy to try :) All in all we had a great shoot and produced some fantastic images, Dan is very talented and I hope to be able to work with him again in the future

What a wonderful shoot with Dan! Everything was very well organised in advance and he arrived spot on time. He knew exactly what he wanted and gave excellent, clear direction. What a day, we originally planned to just meet for a chat and discuss ideas, but that turned into an impromptu shoot, my first shoot ever, and it was great, firstly Dan is very polite and so easy to get on with, he's very conscience of making sure you are comfortable with everything and always asks first before adgusting any clothing etc. He really made me feel at ease ever so quickly and we chatted effortlessly, bouncing ideas around with a fellow creative soul was bliss, I can't wait to work together again and would highly recommend him to other models, I came away from this shoot buzzing, and can't wait to see the finished results of our day.

I've had two great shoots with Dan so far and plan to have many more. I met him at his home address and he made me feel very safe and welcome. Gave me a private room for outfit changes and asked for consent each time before moving my hair or clothes around etc for photos.

As a newbie he gave me such great direction and made me feel at ease almost immediately,

Took his time to explain and discuss what we both wanted out of the shoot prior to meeting up

Felt completely safe and looked after, and my needs for the shoot were considered also
