I couldn't fault my shoot with Chris if I tried! Comms before the shoot were great, and I especially loved the pinterest board with his ideas on too, it gave me a clear idea of the vibe and style of what the shoot was going to be.

Chris is so easy to get on with and the shoot itself was relaxed, not forced, and fun. He was also super prepared and kitted out. I also love the unique way of using polaroid photos because it makes you seriously consider the photo you are about to take rather than just shooting endless versions of the same photo. And the photos are brilliant.

Thank you Chris!

Chris is totally recommended by me!

From the get go he was great to work with. Communication leading up to our shoot was perfect, with Chris providing me plenty of ideas, moodboards and had a clear direction for the shoot. So we took a trip to Wayne Manor and had a brilliant shoot! Shooting on film was so refreshing and being able to explore lots of locations and ideas, we got through plenty of it. Chris is so easy to get along with, relaxed, funny, and full of enthusiasm for his work.

I'm so excited to see more from our shoot as I'm already so pleased with the polaroids I've already seen. I know Chris will continue to take more wonderful shots. I hope we get to do it again one day. Thanks for the great day!

Chris is hilarious, it always feels like we are good friends. His passion for photography and creating something new and different is second to none. The man has style and a very clear idea of what he wants from his shoots. In spite of this not being Chris' main proffesion he directs like he is a photography veteran. If you are a model/actress who wants something truly emmotive for your portfolio I highly recommend Chris. Also he is just ace so yeah....

I had my second shoot with Chris on Saturday, this one being more of a relaxed wander and some portraits.

As per our previous shoot, comms in the run up were excellent with Chris providing moodboards and plenty of ideas for the sort of images he was after and choosing the ideal location.

On the day it was a lovely relaxed, collaborative shoot. Chris is always happy to listen to ideas for shots and poses and is equally comfortable directing. All in all a great shoot and I'd happily work with Chris again and recommend him to anyone.

I had a fantastic shoot with Chris, he knows what he wants to achieve but is always open to other people's ideas and opinions. The shoot we worked on was Chris's idea and was the start of a story. Chris was well prepared and had thought about the shots we needed, as he shoots on film costs can be high so every shot counts. Chris looked after everyone on the day which was no small feat as there was a model, a designer, a hairstylist and me on board so to keep everyone happy and give them what they needed could have been a challenge for most but Chris cares about everyone and respects and treasures them for their skills and input. I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to work with Chris again and he is on my list of favourite photographers, he always produces what he promised xx

Chris came to our studio last week. Very amiable chap indeed who is clearly full of ideas and a very capable photographer. I would recommend him to any prospective model. Thanks again

Had my first shoot with Chris yesterday and first things first I'd recommend him to anyone looking to add a bit of creativity and something a bit different to their portfolio.

Other than that, what can I say? Organising a date to shoot was quick and simple with Chris keeping me up to date on studio booking etc., he even sourced an MUA. Pre-shoot comms were excellent, in the run up we bounced ideas around and discussed plans so that on the day we both had a clear idea of exactly the shots we wanted to go for in the time we had.

With this organisation we managed to get through a ridiculous amount in a short space of time without it feeling stressful or rushed (well from my side anyway). Throughout the shoot Chris was friendly, easy to talk to and just generally fun to work with. He was happy to give input on shots and also for me to make additional suggestions as we went.

All in all a great shoot, I love the results I've seen so far and am very much looking forward to working with Chris again.

Oh dear. Where do I start - totally overwhelmed after my first shoot with Chris - it was everything I'd hoped for and more and I haven't even seen the pictures yet. Let me explain - working with archaic, temperamental, organic gear is a really special, one of a kind experience, it takes you back into the olden days and even though it requires more planning, time and money - it will definitely prove worthwhile.

Individuals like Chris are rather rare in the world of PP and in general - he is talented, passionate and really committed to making you feel like you are creating art, a truly collaborative, rewarding experience. Chris is a warm, intelligent, hilarious and tactful photographer, I am so looking forward to seeing the fruits of our labour once they are ripe and ready - but the wait itself is a treat - pleasure delaying and a heady surprise.

Chris made me feel like a valued team member from the get-go - and it truly was about how the photographs and the experience itself will make us feel - not just about the superficial. Although his work is really evocative and thoughtful, he is more concerned with the quality of it and staying true to what he wants to achieve as an artist rather than the amount of likes he gets on social networking sites. A true Renaissance man, and, dare I say it - a devilishly handsome one too! Ha (hope he forgives me this lack of professionalism, he did let me waste a shot or two and use his precious camera to capture said rugged good looks, and oh how fun it was!;)

We didn't shoot all of the meticulously planned pinterest board ideas due to the rather apocalyptic weather but Chris remained positive and kept our spirits up throughout. And did I mention I got fed delicious pancakes and muffins throughout the day?!

Summing up - if you ever get a golden opportunity to creatively engage with Chris, just lose yourself in it and you won't regret it - can't wait to get artful again.

Speak soon.

Em

I worked on an elements idea with Chris. Chris was excellent with communication and explained his ideas for the shoot. He was very supportive with my own ideas for the shoot too. Chris has a great sense of humour and is very personable. He made me feel at ease and made some lovely coffee and provided cake of my favourite kind! I'm very pleased with the work I did with Chris. It's very evoking and atmospheric and is exceeded my expectations of the out come of the shoot. I hope to work with Chris again. If you want something super stylish artistic with a hint of edgy darkness. Chris is your man! Recommended!
