I’m a female photographer based in the West Midlands.

I’ve 10 years experience as a makeup artist, and 5 years as a plus size model under the name Louise Varns. I took up photography in 2017. I’ve done various training workshops for beauty, creative lighting and fashion photography and a retouching course for beauty photography.

My photography style is very diverse, ranging from beauty, gel photography to fashion and art nude, I take inspiration from Jake hicks, Tina Eisen and Lindsay Adler.

I work out of a studio in the jewellery quarter of Birmingham and I am available Monday - Saturday daytime and evening.

I can offer portfolio shoots, makeup artist portfolio shoots, retouching packages and commercial shoots for designers/brands.

I will provide a bespoke service which is tailor made to your style and requirements. I also offer a varied portfolio update which includes images in each style I shoot for those looking to try a little of everything.

I can provide models for commercial shoots or makeup artists portfolio shoots, as well as professional makeup artists for model portfolio shoots.

2020 is my 3rd year in photography, and because of this I will be limiting any TFP work I do.

This year I’m pushing to do bigger and more creative personal projects. I am very selective with who I work with TFP, models with experience, agency standard and who has a unique look.

I don’t do TFP with new models looking to build a portfolio, and if I do TFP it’s for projects of my own choosing only. I am no longer offering TFP for anything I’ve already shot as it’s not something I need in my portfolio.

I offer one to one tuition for anyone looking to learn how I create my images. For this I can provide a day or evening lesson to suit your schedule. I will provide a professional model who needs no direction, and a professional makeup artist. I can guide you through key looks for your chosen style, lighting and posing.
