Art of Light Photography Services

I've been working as a wedding, commercial and portrait photographer based within the City of Leicester, UK since 2014. Recent credits include a commercial interior shoot of the world renowned Leicester Diabetes Centre, I created aerial footage for Ant Anstead, and his home built car at the Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome. The last few years have been a busy and exciting time for me. So whatever your need, whatever the challenge, I'll be there with you creating great images from wonderful moments. For me emotion is key, whether it's a fashion shoot, wedding or Christening. I have a fun and fresh approach, and believe that a good working relationship with my clients is vital to producing stunning visual narrative. 

For me, the theatre is where it all began. Acting, singing, dancing and stage management. I loved looking at scenes from different perspectives, rehearsals from varying angles, the emotion portrayed and felt by performers. Lighting, how the light falls, how shadows create atmosphere, tension and how the moment counts above all else. I was especially interested in lighting, posing actors and dancers, communicating my needs, and understanding how to foster genuine emotion in a cast. My photography followed on from my stage and video experience. The same rules apply: emotion, story telling, light and shadows, the moment....
