About Me

My name's Becca, I'm 33 and I decided to wander into the world of modelling in June 2019. I've always enjoyed photography, playing with make-up, and creating self portraits, but because I'm not skinny I never thought I had a hope of doing more than messing around by myself, let alone working with amazingly talented creatives. Even when I got down to my smallest size in my early 20s I was far from believing I looked like anyone who'd be called a model. Thankfully, nearly a decade on and thanks to some wisdom of age, life experience, and the body positivity movement, this has changed immensely. I know that as a plus size lady I'm still not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but damn, I also know for a fact that some people very much enjoy how I look, who I am, and what I offer; the whole package.

My Goal

First and foremost I want to lend my voice, style and body to the body positivity movement, advocating very simply for people being allowed to look however they goddamn please without being shamed, criticised etc. My wholehearted belief is in encouraging self esteem and self worth. I see no reason why any person with any look should be denied the chance to create high quality art with skilled creatives.

I'm therefore looking to work with photographers, HMUAs, stylists etc. to create beautiful photos that highlight my particular look. Given my shape I will be appealing to the growing plus size market and have started building a social following which I hope to expand as my journey progresses. I also occasionally blog about my experiences, giving an insight into modelling and hopefully helping others to feel better represented in the modelling industry.

Can You Help Me?

I would like to collaborate TFP with experienced creatives on a huge variety of shoot styles. I have lots of shoot ideas and am certainly open to hearing your concepts and suggestions. Generally speaking I will shoot up to lingerie but with select photographers and the right, tasteful concept I'll shoot up to nude, though absolutely no open leg. The Boring Bit

While I would one day love to call modelling my career, for the time being it is simply a hobby that I enjoy, therefore I have to make it fit around my full time job and family life. I keep my calendar on PP up-to-date and will do my best to fit shoots in wherever possible. I am happy to drive to studios, locations etc. but would ask for some contribution towards travel costs if more than 50 miles from Eastbourne. I am unable to shoot at home but can recommend locations nearby.
