Cunningham House

Hello, welcome to Cunningham House Studio! This studio is run by myself, Bethanie Jade.

Natural light studio with indoor heated Swimming pool, two bedrooms and hallway for use.

£50.00 an hour for use of the swimming pool, additional £40.00 per hour thereafter. £30.00 per hour for the bedrooms, or £80.00 for three hours. 50% deposit will be required. Other timings and studio days can be arranged, please enquire.

Open weekdays and occasional weekends, please message with the timings you’d like and we’ll check our calendar!

Model safety and happiness is very important to us, so all models and photographers must have a PurplePort page with references!

We ask that there is no pornographic or open leg photography/video content anywhere our studio. The highest level we will allow in our studio is art nude

The pool

Our pool is heated, it is 5 ft at the shallow end reaching 8 ft in the deep end. It is perfect for underwater shots!

Bedroom one

The first bedroom can be seen pictures with a rocking horse and mirrored wardrobe wall. This room has amazing natural lighting, and the blinds can be fully opened and closed to let in/block out light to create your desired effect. No other lighting is provided but feel free to bring along your own.

Bedroom two

Bedroom two is around the same size as bedroom one, it contains a larger four post bed. This room also has beautiful lighting with an alcove above the window, creating lovely shadows at certain times of day. This room also has ceiling lighting which can be dimmed.

The chaise lounge you can see in our portfolio can be moved into either of the bedrooms.

Outdoor space

We have a large garden in addition to our studio with a seating area, all of which can be used for shooting.

Travel

From Alton - The closest train station to Cunningham House is Alton. It is then approximately an easy ten minute drive! The bus route 64 goes from the train station into Four Marks, where our studio is situated.

From Winchester - The 64 bus runs from the centre of Winchester to Four Marks, taking approximately half an hour. A lift can be arranged from the Four Marks bus stop to our studio. Please enquire!

From Basingstoke - We are around 25 minutes away from Basingstoke, there are bus services that run to Four Marks from the bus station.

MODEL SAFETY

Model safety is our number one priority at Cunningham house. As mentioned above, we ask that all models and photographers have a PurplePort page with references. If at any time we feel our general rules are being broken, the photographer and model will be asked to leave. If we think a model may feel uncomfortable or is unsafe, the photographer will be asked to leave the premises, and we will arrange transport for the model to get home.
