References for Creative Studio

What a great studio this is right on my doorstep and yet somehow never knew about it.

I got to use the studio today, great space, nicely laid out with a good selection of lights and modifiers, plenty of props in the form of posing boxes, chairs etc.

Will be using again when I am shooting locally :)

Today I had my 1st visit to Creative Studio in Blackpool to work with Chris Horgan for a half day fashion shoot!

On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the owner Steve and made feel very comfortable and shown around the studio and its facilities.

I was enamoured by this stylish, spacious, modern and practical studio and the equipment that was on hand. Kept clean and tidy throughout and with privacy for changing.

I would gladly recommend this fabulous studio to anyone and very much hope to return there again soon!

I had the pleasure of shooting at Creative Studio when I hired the studio for 4 hours

It is a great studio, plenty of parking....great facilities inc a good sized changing room...

The studio has great shooting areas, inc the ultra wide white curve...plenty of coloured rolls too..and a wide range of lights and modifiers

Steve, the owner, was on hand if needed but will also happily let you get on with it....

All in all a great place to shoot....

Today I had the lovely pleasure of shooting at Creative Studio when a photographer I was working with hired the studio out.

Steve the owner was welcoming and extremely helpful.

The studio itself is great. It's spacious, lots of parking and warm! What more could a model ask for.

I hope to return here soon and I would definitely recommend this place to any photographer and model.

I had a fantastic shoot at Creative Studio when I was visiting Blackpool during my tour. I had seen what the studio looked like from the pictures I had seen online and my first impression when I walked in was "WOW... this is big!" Honestly.. the pictures here doesn't do it justice. The studio is really spacious, has many different settings, backdrops, all the lighting equipment you need, and also has all the facilities you wish every studio would have. Not only that but there is also a room full of clothing and accessories available to use... every model's dream! Steve & Steve (yes its confusing!) are so friendly and helpful. I held a studio day there, and the day just flew by. I would definitely come back very soon and would 100% recommend this studio to anyone! Thank you Steve & Steve! :) Marla x

This is a superb studio, well laid out and immaculate. It accommodates the needs beyond an photographers requirements. It is ideal for professional and amateurs. The equipment used and available was of a high quality. I had a two hour studio booking with the lovely Marla Pandoa on the 18 April 2015 at Creative studio. I enjoyed every second, Steve was on hand to give guidance and support and made my two hours go so smoothly. Easy to locate and with loads of safe free parking. I wish I had learn't of this studio three years a go. I highly recommend this studio, the staff are wonderful, the studio is spacious with a large infinity wall, great modern lighting equipment & props. I would defiantly use this studio again. 100% A photographer dream studio.Eugene Struthers

Just had a great six hour shoot at this wonderful studio that has been going for a few years now, can't believe I didn't know about it already because it's great!! It's a very well thought out professional studio which is continuously improving and taking model suggestions into consideration too, which is ideal really. There's plenty of parking right outside, it warms up nicely, has comfortable facilities and good sized changing room, plus a really nice owner, Steve. With many background choices and lots of lighting equipment makes this place an excellent all round studio for shooting all day. Would be great to hold a studio day there. Highly recommended, I'm certainly looking forward to working there again. :-)

The studio is an excellent workspace, well-laid out with plenty of room for photographers, models and MUAs. There’s a great selection of lights and modifiers available to use, a spacious infinity curve and the usual Coloramas are also available.

In addition, Steve (the owner) is on hand should you need any assistance with set-up or lighting.

An excellent place to shoot and one which I would highly recommend.

Did a studio show up?? Perhaps we need another question for that category!

I showed up at the studio and was made to feel welcome straight away. There was another person shooting but I was allowed to start bringing my equipment in 20 minutes early so that we were ready to set up as soom as the previous client cleared the studio.

Steve was very helpful in managing his lights: I had brought Elinchrom and was not familiar with his make of lighting. Nothing was too much trouble and Steve was always on hand to assist when the lighting ratios needed altering,

I came away with some very well lit images and working in a warm well-lit studio (with carpet on the floor!!) was a boon. Both the model and I enjoyed the shoot and the comfortable, easy-going but professional atmosphere definitely contributed towards that.

I had my first studio day at Creative Studio last week and i have to say what an amazing team! They ordered new props in especially for the day, had lighting and backdrops set up ready for my arrival, and also were on hand throughout the day offering technical assistance and awesome brews from 10-7pm. Steve, the owner was so helpful by welcoming the togs in and out as i dashed between outfit and make up changes. I absolutely adore this place and its owners, its my favourite place to model and I'm so glad they helped me to make the day a success, as i couldn't have done it without their assistance. Without a doubt will be hosting another model day here asap. thanks guys

I had a great shoot at Creative Studios last night. From the outside the premises looks like an industrial unit – and there the similarity ends. Inside it’s kitted out like the headquarters of a small international company. Carpet on the floors, suspended ceiling (high enough not to be in shot) to stop all the heat escaping out of the roof, and spotlessly clean, there’s a spacious seating area screened off from the shooting area, an equally large private changing area for the models and an office that’s near enough for help to be on hand yet doesn’t overlook the shoot.

The cove’s enormous, and there’s a plain/ papered wall to shoot against as well as a number of paper / vinyl backdrops and there’s a great range of kit.

All in all a very comfortable and competent studio run by the friendly and helpful Steves. I can see myself returning here 

Lovely studio, have worked here a few times and it's always been warm and clean.

There's tonnes of props and lots of space to shoot as well as different back drops.

It's easy to find too and plenty of parking and separate model changing area which is always a plus!

I would definitely recommend it and looking forward to working here again on Wednesday :)

I worked at Creative studio back in November.

The studio was kept warm at all times and they were always checking that I was comfortable, warm enough or if I needed a cup of tea. It has a private area for models at the back of the studio which is always appreciated as it's nice to have your own space when changing etc.

Really great studio and very well looked after, would happily work there again and recommend it to others :)

Beautiful studio- always warm and inviting. Lovely owners too. I shoot here regularly and I can say it's without a doubt one of the best studios in the north of England. Clean, organised, well equipped and highly professional.

This is a brilliant studio! It's warm,clean and the owner Steve is extremely friendly and accommodating. I hope to do a couple more studio days here in 2015! I would recommend Creative Studios to any model wanting to gain some great images to there portfolio!
