The work I do as an artist seeks to capture mood in a reductionist portrayal. Many times the images which appear on paper/canvas have little to do with the physical appearance presented. This exciting journey is accomplished as much by shamanic voyaging through music, incense, and setting as it is by perception and then manual translation via the medium.
