The Colliery Hub , a community project.
We have a small basic studio with various lights and a light box. The studio is part of the old coal mining complex at Polkemmet ,Whitburn.
There are extensive grounds that can be used also , including our community garden and we are right next door to open countryside.
The studio is ideal for beginners , we have plenty of weird and wonderful props . including a furnace and coal bunker , together with a fire pit , so loads of opportunities for amazing pictures.
As we are a community project , all we require is a donation.
Our opening hours are normally 10am to 6pm , Monday to Sunday , however evening bookings can be taken.
