Had a great time this morning in Ewan's small and cosy studio. The place is filled with techno but due to relaxing and friendly atmosphere quickly puts you in a creative mood. I also have learnt a bit of clever stuff about studio lighting which was very interesting.

This studio is like a Tardis, small from the front but quite large once you're inside with ample opportunity for many a different idea. Me and Tead worked within the main studio room and there is plenty of space to walk around in. It is also very clean and warm. Has the feeling of a home rather than a studio, which is always a plus.

Ewen, the owner, is a great character, friendly and welcoming and can make an excellent cuppa too.

A very impromptu and short notice shoot made excellent in these warm and comfortable surroundings. The studio is ideal for many purposes and although not massive, it does give you plenty of opportunity to explore the creative in you. I shot on the stairs, in the studio area with different back drops and in the large bathroom. Unfortunately we ran out of time before we could use the office and kitchen areas.

Will be using this lovely studio again for shoots in the future and Ewen, the owner, is a really affable character that you instantly warm to.
