hi I'm the studio manager at a photography club based in Se18, once a month we hold our club studio evening and we normally have a model in to model for us, there is no payment involved. I tend to go with a theme rather than just standard shoot. its a time for print / digital image agreement . we have members of the club shoot in groups of 4 or 5 then at the end of the night we have just the studio team up to 3 people shoot to guarantee some shots for the model, and we try to accommodate any shots they are after too.
