References for C&L Photo Studios

Twice now I have worked at C an L studios and twice it has been such a tremendously good experience. If there is a place where models are made to feel at their utmost comfort zone - this is the one without a hint of second thought!

Chris and Lorraine are not only completely ahead of providing the very best for models and photographers alike, but they have to be the best hosts imaginable. I guarantee that any creative due to visit will be made to feel right at home and settle into fantastic productivity right away. No need to mooch around trying to find equipment/props that have potential to create the effect you are looking for; it is a well kept space at C an L studios that is clean, spacious and with all the goodies you could hope for on both sides of the camera.

The studio is easily reached for models using public transport and accessibility is spot on. A fabulous place to work and I recommend them 100%. :)

I had my first shoot with chris and his lovely wife yesterday and truthfully, I don't know we're to start. They have the most amazing studio which is just so homely and perfect for all models!

We produced some fantastic images and used many different backdrop images!

I would 100% recommend chris and his studio!

LOM Glamour

Had the pleasure today of spending 3 hours shooting at C and L today. What a gem of a place this is. Very comfortable studio with superb attention to detail. Lots of thought from Chris and Lorraine into putting this studio together...not just from a photographers point of view but also the models. Super backdrops and lots of outfits for the models...plus make up etc. I've been looking for a local studio to use since my last regular studio closed its doors. So pleased I've discovered this place and I'll most certainly be using it again. Thanks Chris and Lorraine :-)

I had a lovely shoot yesterday with Chris and his partner Lorraine. They were both so kind and accommodating and I felt at ease with them straight away. Their home studio had everything you could need, full of different backdrops and lighting set ups to get different images.

We shot some vintage lingerie/burlesque style looks and they worked really well. Before the shoot began they showed me examples of images and poses they like which really helped me.

The images look great and I had a great time shooting with the two of them, very lovely people and looking forward to doing a studio day there in the near future!

I would recommend 100% :)

I had such a lovely time working with Chris & Lorraine!

Has to be said, their studio is spotless! Definitely the cleanest I've ever been to and very well stocked with makeup supplies etc. :-)

Chris and Lorraine are both really lovely people and so accommodating.

I very much enjoyed working at their studio and would happily come back again and again.

Had such a wonderful shoot with this pair last night, we were supposed to go to albert dock but it was horrendous weather!

So we did a studio shoot with 60's dresses instead. !

And I absolutely loved it! I had so much fun dressing up and creating different looks !!!

I enjoy our shoots so much!

I had the most amazing shoot last night at C & L studios.

This studio is a lovely space to work in and is owned by two amazing and lovely people, Chris and Lorraine. the studio is a nice size and has a variety of different lights, backdrops and props to use.

My favorite part of the studio is the models area, this area is fully kitted out with a range of brilliant makeup, props and jewelry all for the model to use, even a hairdryer! they also provide the model with hot drinks, dressing gown and advice. One particular item that was extremely useful to me was the full length mirror which is positioned so the model can see herself on set, this helped me a great deal with positioning my body.

The studio is kept clean and comfortable as Chris and Lorraine warm up the studio before the model or photographer arrive, have some music playing and offer hot drinks.

Ii would highly recommend this studio to any model or photographer and will be doing so as it is a lovely space owned by lovely people and can be hired out for a steal considering the level of quality you receive and the amount of things you can play with.

Yesterday I had a shoot at C & L studios with the lovely Chris and Lorraine and had an absolute blast!!

As I'm still unsure of poses etc Chris and Lorraine were the best people to shoot with as Chris knows what he wants and gives direction well and Lorraine showed me some good poses as well with help with my wardrobe :).

I felt at ease throuout the whole shoot as Chris and Lorraine are very conscious of the model and her needs, upon arrival I was greeted friendly and had a lovely cup of coffee in no time, it felt as if I've known them forever!

I've seen one shot so far an I love it!! Chris is a talented man that's for sure, and can't wait to see the rest.

I would highly recommend c4ris to anyone and will be doing so, can't wait to shoot with then again.

I had a brilliant shoot with Chris, himself & Lorraine were very welcoming, friendly & myself & my boyfriend felt at home right away.

I had applied to a casting call Chris had put up for a lingerie shoot, we managed to get a variety of different looks at the shoot & we worked together very well.

Chris is an amazing, talented photographer who knows what he wants from a shoot & how to create that perfect shot.

I have already seen one image from the shoot & I was blown away! :-)

I am very excited to see the rest.

I found the studio to be very well appointed, and equipped, together with a surprisingly spacious shooting area, and a neat, and tidy environment to work in, and would certainly consider shooting there as its so conveniently located to me.

Loved this studio, was there as MUA on a shoot. It's so cosy and inviting, well equipped with a relaxed area for changing/make up/preparation, tea/coffee facilities and good lighting available for doing the make up. The area for shooting in is very roomy and good choice of backdrops and lighting and Chris and Lorraine are both professional, organised and pleasant to work with. It'sd obvious they have put a lot of work into the place, and would totally recommend!!!!

An amazing studio set up with excellent facilities! It offers a versatile space with a diverse selection of backdrops, lights and props for shooting. Models are well catered for with a changing area, mirrors, makeup, hairdryer, lots of accessories…everything you could possibly want to adapt your look with ease and comfort. It’s warm and cozy too!

Chris and Lorraine are both wonderful…extremely helpful and friendly, and they offer some great deals for usage. Thoroughly recommended to photographers and models alike.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first shoot with Chris and Lorraine at C an L studios yesterday!

Pre-communication was excellent and they were both very welcoming when I arrived. As a photographer, Chris is an utter professional, and I found his down-to-earth and collaborative approach to the shoot really refreshing. He worked diligently with different angles, lighting and backgrounds to produce a series of stunning shots. Both Chris and Lorraine are polite and easy to get along with, and their new home studio is fab! It's bright and warm, and fully equipped with a range of backdrops, props and accessories for creating different styles. We had a fun and highly productive shoot. The time flew by!

Without a shadow of a doubt, Chris and Lorraine have my highest regards and recommendations. I look forward to any opportunity of working with them again in the future. Thanks very much!

This is my second shoot with Chris and Lorraine and my first at their brand spanking new studio. Chris and Lorraine are wonderful people warm kind and make you feel very at home. The new studio is beautiful lots of light warm cozy and a ton of props and outfits to use.

Chris is a great photographer with a amazing eye for detail, he is constantly making little adjustments and when you look at the images you know why, he gets everything spot on!

We had a good laugh and joke during the shoot and the time flew by. I really look forward to seeing the images Thanks again Chris and Lorraine xxx

Brilliant photographer in a brilliant studio. Chris and Lorraine made sure I was well looked after, and they were both so kind and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Today's shoot was just so relaxed, and Chris made me look fabulous and I was really pleased with the results we got today. Chris has a real talent and I can't wait to work with him again! His new studio is built in and absolutely immaculate to say the least. Both Chris and Lorraine have made sure it is well equipped with such a lovely private dressing area for the model to do her make up and hair in. The studio is absolutely stunning and I can't wait to go back there. Lovely and warm for the winter shoots too! Thank you so much for today Chris and Lorraine. I really can't wait to meet with you both again! Even if it's just for coffee! I highly reccomend Chris. R x
