Back and available for shoots.

Having said that I am only intending to do a limited number of shoots. I may put up a couple of castings, but I will be very selective about the applicants. I would prefer to abandon a shoot rather than go ahead with a model who is not quite right for the role. Don't let that put you off applying: you may unknowingly have exactly the look or talent I am seeking.

I don't generally do TFP shoots, as I can do without the stress of editing images to a deadline.

Instead I generally pay all my models and share all of the edited images as and when I produce them.

I am an occasional photographer.

That does not mean I shoot occasions; it means I shoot occasionally. I hope that's cleared that up.

When not being a photographer I am, amongst other things, an actor, working in Film, Television and Stage. Google me, if you wish, but you won't find much: just two mentions on IMDB. I didn't say I was a good actor.

From time to time I am seized by an idea. I then source the location and the model(s) and attempt to capture that idea. Sometimes it works. Often it doesn't. I have been known to revisit an idea that didn't work, with a different location or model, and try to make it work. More often than not, the idea remains an idea and I move on.

The point is, I don't do a shoot just for the sake of it; there has to be a motivating factor. Very occasionally a model has come to me with a specific idea and, enthused by that idea, I have worked with them to bring the idea to life.

Shoots with me are a suitably professional, but rather laid-back affair. I really don't take life too seriously: I am convinced that, in our last moments, a wicked little entity pops up and tells us it was a huge joke, it didn't really happen and that we were a figment of someone else's imagination all along.
