Hello my name is David and thank you for taking a look at my profile. I have now had both of the Covid injections and six booster injections, as of  23/04/2024 and my winter flue injections are up to date as 09/10/2023.

Photography has always been a passion and I am serious about creating the very best images I can. When I analyse any photograph I have taken I can always find points I could have improved. Perhaps I am always seeking perfection in everything I do. Although I do it as a hobby now I am serious about creating the best image possible. At the same time I want to have fun while creating the image and making the shoot as relaxed, enjoyable and interesting as possible.

Building rapport and trust with any model is very important to me and I always ensure that any model is comfortable with the process of the shoot. My aim is to be courteous, respectful, professional and trustworthy and at the same time have some fun at any shoot. When I supply copies of photographs I want to ensure that I supply images which anyone would be happy with and proud to show.

I have a wide experience in photography and I am always willing to expand my knowledge, experience and interests. I am a member of the Royal Photographic Society.  I was a member of two different camera clubs but had to give these interests up as other photographic interests had to take priority.

In the past I have undertaken the following types of photography:- Model shoots, weddings, portraits, the occasional photograps of animals such as horses, travel photography, landscape, theatre photography which was for an amateur theatre group who performed 8 plays a season and for a long time I shot all their cast portraits, photographed all the performances at the final dress rehearsal and produced publicity and press shots and copies of the photographs for the actors.

I have acess to my own studio lighting equipment complete with brollies and soft boxes, which I can bring with me on shoots if none is available. I am largely self taught in aspects of Photoshop editing and recently I have been reviewing my archive images to bring out the best in those through edits.
